Terrible customer service. Came here once and lady that was drawing blood and opening the store said I couldn't sit in the waiting room. She was extremely rude!!!

I had updated App on my phone but when I tapped on MyQuest it said that was not available. I used my computer to make appointment but when I got to service center, it said I didn’t have appointment. The tech was able to find it on her system

This particular location is INSIDE a grocery store. 7375 E Arapahoe Rd, 80112.
There is NO indication the facility is inside. Drove around 15 minutes. Tried to call - no human option.
Was not the cleanest. The phlebotomist had the personality of a fence post. I asked how many viles he was taking that day. I quote, "One, that ok?" In such a tone that I was an inconvenience. I will go 15 minutes out of my way not to visit this location again!

I was very pleased with this Quest Diagnostics location. I made an appointment for later in the afternoon and arrived early. The wait time was maybe 10-15 minutes and they were able to get my in early. I appreciate the promptness. Great staff. A+ service

Walk in this morning for a blood test series. Waited about 10 minutes, and was called. Afrooza, my phlebotomist, was friendly and personable, plus very efficient and skilled! Was done in about 10 minutes. One of the best blood tests I’ve ever experienced!!

I have been here twice since it is close to work. First time I was a walk in. Second time I made an appointment. Walk-in I got lucky and nobody was there but when I was leaving there were several people waiting. Second time I got there a little bit before my appointment and they called my name right away. Both women were nice and the blood draws didn't hurt.

This is the worst service and treatment I have ever received. I was greeted by a very snide, and nasty lab clerk. She was the one who took care of me last time and she did not have any of my information correct in the computer causing my insurance to not be charged correctly and demanded payment and would not help me correct the billing issue and would not take my labs that needed to be done. I will never be back and no one should be treated the way she treated me. She should be fired in my opinion.

The Quest location inside Safeway at Arapahoe and Quebec is great! They are knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful. The nurse even helped me get to the treatment area. I have stenosis in my back and have difficulty walking sometimes

I needed some blood work done for my toddler. Afrooza made both of us feel very comfortable and at ease. She was very kind, personable and funny! The actual draw was quick and nearly painless for my little one. He didn't cry or fuss once! No bruising or red marks, which is really impressive as my kiddo has sensitive skin and bruises like a banana. LoL! It was very easy to make a same day appointment, we didn't wait at all, and the office was clean.
