Alec took great care of me. He managed minor delays very well and made sure I was more than satisfied with my visit.

Awful!!! You had to call them repeatedly to get the spare keys. The Sales guy treated you like they're high and mighty.. Maybe because I'm Asian? I bought a Bronco, brand new, and it cracked at my first car wash, and they didn't even want to take a look at it. I will NEVER buy a car at this dealership ever again.

I bought my lease car at Groove Ford. They push it into convince me to buy a plan that they later did not honored. There was a recall from Ford with the vin of the car and they did not wanted to honor it either. They did the service on the car and all was good. 9 months later and once the service plan was expired (they sold it to me w the promess of 100,000 miles) they found a lot of things that, if true the car needed all of that, they shoupd have seen in the last oil change and evaluation. They expected me to pay over the price of the vehicle. Tgey said "the car is a 2016". Me "yes, but back then it belinged to Ford, not me. I bought the plan when I bought the car from you in 2019. The car has 70,000 and otherwis le and have had all its services on time. Also, when I was going to buy my car, Ford told me tge car value was $10,000. Groove sold it to me in $15,000. They said "oh well, is another state, here in Colorado is more expensive. But at the time I neede my car for work. So I agreed only because of the service warranty. And now they dont even honor Ford recalls. Even if Ford send you a letter with your vin. Is a deceiving practice. I have had way better service in other Ford locations. We have 3 cars (the one I described was my college daughter's car), and I will never bring my bussiness here again.

I purchased a new 22 Maverick from a different dealership. I took my truck to Groove Ford because it was closer to my home. This dealership started out friendly, but then is big ugly now. In Nov 2023, I was scheduled for several recall campaigns. After leaving my car for over 8 hours, with promises from Chris S. that the work would be done, he told me only the software reprogramming was done, and parts were ordered. After hearing nothing, I tried to contact Chris S, by phone, email and asking "Harmony" for help. Harmony scheduled a service appointment for 1/9/2024 @ 9am., stating that she did not know about the parts. Short story, no call back from Chris S. Service scheduler hung up on me. Her boss, called her "my sweet lady." WTF! Bryan told me to go to away! My final rating: service agents lie; service managers are not trained to deal with issues; service managers should not refer to their employees as "my Lady," such reference implies a sexual relationship. ICKKY! Final rating: -2, for sexual content and violence; not appropriate for minors!

Firstly, they repaired my truck and it seems to be running well. No issue there. Secondly, the communication is abysmal. I called repeatedly, left messages and texted my service rep with hardly any responses. I was never nasty with them, and I'm not angry, but there needs to be some effort to let the customer know what the status is on repairs. I requested new tires and they couldn't get approval for those tires (it's a company vehicle) and they did not mention a word of that to me, until I asked them about it. That was 2 months after I initially dropped the truck off. If it takes 3 months that's fine, just let me know that things are moving slow, that's all.

Vehicle sat there for a month. Impossible to get updates. IVR says to use the text message sent when vehicle was checked in. Nobody replies to the texts. Call in repeatedly and cannot get a human from service on the phone. Two weeks "waiting on Ford to approve the repair" but when I took 4 hours to escalate got a Ford corp case open and they said they did not have any requests on my VIN. Then talked to SA and they admitted they had not even sent the photos to Ford yet, after having the vehicle two weeks. You have to call every day for updates. Then after getting it home ALL OF THE ISSUES ARE NOT FIXED. Now can't get another appointment for a month.

Those Garage boys rockin' out to that Beyonce. Great service just a reminder for the crew, please reset the oil life light. I got in my car, and it still showed it required oil.

I will not get my car serviced here again or get another Ford. Customer service sucks. They had my car for little more than two months and my car was in for transmission issues (car under 57,000 miles). Furthermore, I had to pay for repairs on top of third party car rental while my car was in the shop. Ridiculous.

Appointment times don’t matter if you’re going to wait at the dealership while they work on your oil change. I scheduled an appointment on the Ford app, I showed up before my appointment time, they told me it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours. They didn’t even start on my truck and it had been almost 2 hours when I finally went in and asked for my keys to leave. They told me that appointment times are only for drop offs, not if you’re going to wait at the dealership. I live 45 minutes away, not regally a convenient distance for someone to pick me up. I specified when I made the appointment that I would be waiting there and confirmed again when I checked in. What a joke! And to blame it on the app scheduling system. I’ve never had this issue with other Ford dealerships. Won’t waste my time there again.

They are OK at selling you a car but not standing behind it. I bought a 2year old, gold factory certified, truck there. I found the oversized tires (which they installed prior to the sale) rubbed, making a horrible sound. When I went back to show the salesman I worked with, I was told to take it to a 4x4 shop for an alignment. I was offered no solution other than to take it elsewhere at my own expense. You'd think for $50k they would at least make an effort to blow smoke up my rear, but I was left to fend for myself. Thanks Groove. I could not be more unhappy with the service. Go to, literally, any other Ford dealer in town. So Update !! I get in the truck one day after posting this review and my 90 day Serius XM trial has been canceled. HMMM, coincidence ??

Arcadious was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire car buying process. He has high moral fiber, feel free to ask for him when you pop in to Groove Ford. Family man who will take care of you.

One of the worst dealer experiences in the area, they will jack up the price with tons on "non optional addons" low ball you on trade ins, and the service department will try to claim your vehicle is failing and try to get you to trade it in. If you try to work with them to make a deal they will then ghost you. Go buy a vehicle some where else.

This place is hot garbage. My husband's truck needed some Warranty work - Groove Ford had the truck for about 3 weeks, and finally called and said "we can't get it to replicate the issue." (Issue was: the whole dash would stop work while driving, and it's digital, so no mph, rpm, etc). So we picked it up. The next day - the dash goes out again. We call, they tell us to bring it back in. Another 3 weeks goes by - with call after call after call about the truck. Same excuse - "we can't get it to replicate." We go to get the truck and while in the parking lot at Groove, the second we start the truck, the dash goes out. We walk back in to tell the service manager and the exact quote was "we are super busy and don't have time to look." Truck is still under warranty! We drove to another dealership, they said it was throwing a code for the dash. Called Groove back and they didn't care - "trade the truck in if you don't like it." So that's exactly what we did. Groove will never get another penny from us and absolutely tarnished the Ford name.

Horrible customer service. Didn't give all paperwork needed for vehicle, sold me a warranty but it was like pulling teeth to get the info on how to use the warranty. Said they would call me back multiple times and never got a call, had to show up in person(40minute drive) to get any info. Horrible place.
