RMS is hands down the best gym I’ve been to (and I have tried many since moving here) in the Denver area! The coaches are welcoming and supportive, the workouts are challenging and always keep you entertained and the facilities are great! Highly recommend giving RMS a try if you’re in the area! ?

#Gymlife – This gym is basically my second home or my morning wake up. I've been sweating it out at RMS for nearly a year now, and I can't help but brag about how lucky I am to have found them! Seriously, folks, I was clueless about what how ppl can get addicted to this gym life and than BAM here I am!Picture this: The classes are more fun than a barrel of monkeys, and they fit perfectly into my schedule. Workouts that make you sweat like a waterfall, but fear not, they can be dialed down if you're having a "lazy day." I even managed to bounce back from surgery and get back into my fitness groove under the watchful eye of Dr. Gym. Heck, even my 74-year-old pops can keep up with me here and he's loving every minute of it!And the folks here? They're not just gym buddies; they're practically family now! I've got mad love for my gym squad! No intimidating vibes or snooty attitudes like those other fitness palaces.Let's talk about our stellar instructors, shall we? Zach, the gym overlord, remembered me from day one and made me feel like a returning hero on my second visit. I should've listened to him and my buddy and gone for the Monthly Unlimited plan right away. It's all about that unlimited gym lovin', people. You'll get hooked quicker than you can say "burpee."Shoutout to Felicia, Jeremy, Laura, Taylor, and Kiefer! These folks aren't just trainers; they're a blast! They know the fitness ropes inside and out and can guide you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Trust me, they won't judge you for feeling like a fish out of water (I know the feeling, returning to the gym after four years!). My transformation is all thanks to these gym wizards. I discovered RMS when I was looking to get back to lifting and needed a safe, encouraging environment. The gym is very well equipped, and the coaches are great. They offer a variety of classes, while also keeping focus on specific lifts for a number of weeks. All in all, it's just what I need to get strong!

I have never worked out as routinely as I do at Rocky Mountain Strength. The reasons are the knowledgeable and motivational trainers, the inviting social atmosphere and the large variety of equipment that the owner invests in. It's rare to find a place that keeps you in great shape and where members like to socialize outside of gym hours. I hope this place sticks around for along time!!

This gym is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. I love the workouts and continue to feel stronger each day. I love the mix so that you never have the dance workout within a week. The owner, Zach, and all the coaches are fantastic. Not only do they watch your form, but they encourage you, push you, and sometimes join you! The people that come here are all so nice and we all push each other and have fun while we work out! Love my gym peeps! Come join and be a part of the great crew.

I have been with Rocky Mountain strength since they opened and I am so glad I found this gym! The coaches are all great and we have formed a great crew that holds each other accountable. I always leave satisfied with my workout and love how often they change up the workouts. The coaches really focus on form and ensure you are doing the movement correctly. I have recommended this to my family and friends and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new gym home. No matter where you are starting your fitness journey, Zach and the other coaches can help!

Loving this gym and these workouts so much! I'm so glad I found them. I had been on the search for a Denver gym for over a year, popping in and out of other Crossfit and chain gyms, finding that the workouts weren't always consistent enough, instructors weren't very motivating, community wasn't a fit, etc. At RMS the instructors have been so attentive to form and supportive and I get a great (and fun!) workout in every single time, all in 45 efficient minutes.Definitely give them a try if you are in the area!

I can’t say enough good things about Rocky Mountain Strength! The weekly workouts offer a verity for you to get stronger, leaner, and more focused. Attention to proper form and moving correctly is key for the RMS amazing trainers, as they don’t want anyone getting injured. The gym is clean and always feels welcoming. Not only do you get a fantastic workout, but the community you will gain with RMS offers so much support. I have made great friendships and client relationships via this gym. I highly recommend!

Rocky Mountain strength is fantastic! Each trainer makes sure to help you do the moves safely and correctly. Before coming here, I was intimated by moves like bench presses and cleans, but they spent extra effort encouraging me and helping me become stronger!

Rocky Mountain Strength has been a great find!! After moving to CO I was on the hunt for a community of likeminded people, happy/friendly, and focused on healthy living with an interest in being outdoors. I’ve done a fair amount of ‘gym shopping’ and RMS is one of the few that offers all of these things plus a great fitness challenge. Before joining the gym classes, I started on their Trail Running team last spring (because when in CO do CO things!). Despite not being a gym member or a runner for that matter, the owner Zach and the other team members were so welcoming and took me in as one of their own as we trained 2-3 times/wk over 8 weeks for a 4-8mi trail race. Recently I started taking daily classes at the gym and am a huge fan of the structure. Personally I have to keep a higher level of strength training in my routine vs cardiovascular training to keep my cortisol levels down. I love that the majority of the classes each week are dedicated to building strength and balance. The 6week program rotations offer the ability to master exercises while incrementally adding more weight each week which is not only key to gaining lean muscle but also for building good form. The first class I took, every member (this is big!!) said Hi and asked me my name. This is not the norm for most gyms, often times people can be cliquey or have an in-out mindset when it comes to taking classes. For someone new to the state this was a huge thing for me - gave me all the feels! Highly recommended giving this place a try!
