I have difficult hair (thick, frizzy, coarse, wavy-to-curly), so finding a stylist who can truly understand my hair and can work with me is a hassle. I loved my haircut experience here. This is a no frills place which is hard to find these days.Friendly staff. Pricing is reasonable for the high quality service compared to other salons in the area. I forget the name of the stylist who cut my hair, unfortunately or I would have mentioned them here.

I was scheduled to see Rhonda Armstrong at 12:15 on March 15th. I arrive at the salon at 12 for my opt. At 12:30 I decide to text her that I was there and waiting for her. She responds 15 minutes later that she wasn't coming into the salon today, and that she had me scheduled for another day. I sent her a screen shot of her confirming my opt for March 15th at 12:15. She never responded. I tried calling her to see when we could reschedule my opt, and she never got back to me. Rhonda was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't go to her unless you want your time wasted and to be ignored!!
