Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

Ordered paint online. Drove out of my way to pick it up only to be told they haven't had that paint for weeks. Some how it seemed to be my fault that the online order went through. No real attempt to make it right. A phone call before hand would have saved me the issue since they had the order for almost a full day.

Sherwin-Williams was excellent! The woman that served me was kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with suggestions and efficient. No need to go anywhere else, worth every bit of any extra I might have paid for my paint. She got me in and out in a timely manner and we color-matched the paint and it was perfect. Clearly professionals at Sherwin-Willilams.

First I must say I understand with the covid situation thing are kinda weird. But when your sign says open and your staff not only seems to not know how to conduct a simple 8 dollar transaction which took five minutes from me giving the the 8 dollars CASH to get my change but then forgot that maybe,just maybe he should also bring my reciet. I waited another 3-5 mins for him to come to the door just to tell me I'd need to wait longer. On top of that the guy didn't even have an understanding of the products in stock. I told him exactly what I wanted and he told me they didn't have it but he'll go get what they do have as a comparison. Low and behold he came back with what I was looking for exactly as I asked with mild surprise that they sold it. I give it a two star because at least he was friendly.
