“Went to cricket store. They had one lady working, with a "long wait".Everyone was being cool, till "Mr. Grinch" came along.Hats off to the customer service rep. She did a wonderful job with him. And as busy as it was, she kept her cool. The store is way out of the way for me but I will go back just for that customer service rep. She was awesome!”

“Highlands Nursery usually has an artisan fair in the fall, but this year, they are not having it. Maybe next year? Great nursery with plants, pottery, and an entrance to Ace Hardware, which we also checked out as we needed some home improvement supplies. Great place to shop for plants, lawn furniture, and more, plus connecting to Ace Hardware, which also has great home supplies.”

“The streets at South Glenn is a beautiful outdoor shopping mall. It's very clean and a great place to walk around. However, it's very sad to me how many major stores have left. That used to be my first choice of places to shop. But now, so many retailers have left, I no longer go over there for shopping. I go to walk around and just enjoy the ambiance and the people.”
