Going through this process has been an eye opener and mistakes were made. Zion at this shop has made it a little more bearable. He’s responsive and more importantly on time with a positive and supportive attitude. I’ve never had issues getting in contact with him at the shop. Install and removal was quick. Aside from the company, he has been great to work with. Of all the horror stories at other shops I’ve read, highly recommend this location if you’ve put yourself in this position.

I’ve been getting my breathalyzer calibrated by Zion for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always makes the whole process quick and easy. Whether it’s answering questions or making sure everything is running smoothly, Zion goes above and beyond and makes an annoying requirement a lot less stressful!

It is always a pleasant experience at this Smart Start location on 7022 South Revere Pkwy. Zion and Jeremy are always super accommodating with a positive attitude/energy. They are very helpful in answering questions and provide prompt, efficient service. While having the Interlock Device is a bit of a burden, it is refreshing to interact with Zion and Jeremy! -Ben

I recommend this Smart Start on Revere. I had trouble blowing and ended up with a violation not even my fault but had to go in and have my car recalibrated. I was very upset! Zion was extremely helpful and kind. He gave me a new blower that was easier for me to use. Their service is very fast little to no waiting.

It is not easy or an enjoyable experience to have an interlock in your car and to deal with it, but every time I come in my experience is made as pleasant as possible. Zion is particularly knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face. He makes this shop!

So far it’s good. The device is annoying but the agent working their was great and polite. Very instructive! One issue is that I had the device go into my car and it messed with my radio system. That was only one time. Hasn’t happened again

The technician that I had was amazing! He was very sweet, and hardly took any time for him to install the interlock. Sorry I forgot his name. His explanation on how to use the device was spot on. He didn't miss a beat! Also getting ahold of a real person happens!

So far so good!!! Very polite, professional, and fast. Nothing seems to be affecting my vehicle in a negative way. Smooth and seamless install. Everyone in my class that had chosen smart start Seemed to be happy. Everyone who has chosen a different provider seems to have problem after problem. As of now I am happy with smart start!!!
