I havent had a hot shower in a month. I’ve put in 4 maintenance requests and they have not resolved the issue
Update - maintenance came and resolved the issue.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT-- this place is really turning around and I've never had a better experience with a leasing office. Julie goes above and beyond!

I have been a resident at southglenn place for over two years and have seen great improvements under the new management. Julie in the leasing office is kind and gracious and very responsive to any questions or concerns!
