I made a mistake on a business card and did not know it until I drove 30 miles to this Staples to pick them up. I was leaving town early the next morning and was really in a pinch. Flora jumped in and said no problem! She dropped everything she was working on and fixed the mistake I made. She then re-printed them in record time! Flora could have easily told me to come back, but instead she took the initiative to help out. I really appreciate her and Staples is lucky to have her!

Had a terrible experience with a cashier at this location. I was ignored for about five minutes at checkout, and when I was finally acknowledged, the first thing Samantha asked was “Did you already scan it, or do I need to?”—as if scanning an item was somehow a burden. She acted annoyed and inconvenienced the entire time, making what should have been a simple purchase unnecessarily uncomfortable.
I came in to buy something, not to feel like I was bothering the staff by expecting basic service. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Had a scheduled TSA appointment with this location. When I get there 10 minutes early for my appointment, there are eight people in line for the TSA station. 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment there are still five people in line. I asked the store clerk if they take walk-ins ahead of appointments and he said “no we check for that”. Clearly the appointment system is a joke. Don’t pick this store if you think they will respect your time. I finally got done an hour+ after my scheduled “appointment”. 👎

This store is clean and well-organized. All employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They have great products. I love going to this store. It is my store of choice for office products and often for gifts.

After being laughed out of a nearby Walgreens when i went in to asked for a passport photo, I did a quick google search and found out Staples does them as well. I walked right in, was told there may be a wait. (3 minutes was all it was) he took my picture and had them ready less than 5 minutes after that. Great service!

Had some flyers printed here that I was going to cut and fold at home. Some of the prints were pretty far off center so the cut was *right* up to the edge of the bleed and crooked. I paid extra for ivory paper but it came on white 🙃 staff was nice and it was easy to pick up though

I recently made a return for which I could not produce a receipt. I am a rewards member so that helped. I could not have been treated better. I was also able to drop off my old printer for recycling!
