My husband and I came to pick up a couple of stuff, only to find out that our storage unit had been unlocked and all of our stuff was going to be auctioned. Then the manager and assistant manager (Chris & Aaron) tell us how they thought it was an abandoned storage unit, mind you we’ve only been renting for 1 month!! 1 month into renting and they were going to auction our things away. The then so called manager tells us we moved into the wrong storage unit, when I don’t know how that’s possible when HE was the one that showed us the unit we’re in, and mind you, you can’t move into a storage unit without the managers unlocking their lock. HE moved us into the wrong unit.HE showed us the wrong unit. It’s super frustrating to have to find out the way we did. Had we not gone to pick up some things who knows if our stuff would’ve been there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE LOCATION. To top it off the manager was then trying to gaslight us and tell us we were in the wrong. Sir just take accountability about the fact that YOU sold us the wrong unit and were going to auction our things away.

The process was easy to get a unit here and customer service was even better. I believe his name was Aaron that helped me out and was on top of it for a little over a week while I was out of town then moved in and got all questions answered. I’ve rented alot of units across the states and this one had the best customer service, accommodations and pricing I’ve received.

Chris is a great guy who helped me quickly and was informative and showed me everything to see about starting up my storage. It's very clean as well so far.
****I'm editing as we moved out a couple days ago.
I was quoted by the manager ( same guy as above ) that the price would be 150 a month. It ended up being 200 a month so when I confronted him he says there is nothing he can do and gives me a number to call to try and get it fixed.
He gave me a Fake Number.
So the manager didn't help me get the price he quoted me two months earlier, and gave me a BS number just so I would leave.
Absolutely garbage person.
I would not come back here or recommend because of Chris. His name tag says loves honey bees instead of his name. Really unprofessional.
