Horrible. Took them over a week to refill my prescription, then they filled it incorrectly. I’ve been sick because of it. No one will answer the phone or help me. I’ve been working on this ONE prescription for over 2 weeks now and it’s still unresolved. My health is declining and it’s super dangerous to be so careless with customers.

I agree with many of the previous reviews regarding communications. Very bad. My beef would be that I requested they set up my PCP so that he could provide the Rx needed to order meds. But they wanted my doctor to pay for the meds and then collect from me. Who does that?? Not a trustworthy pharmacy in my opinion.

They take forever to process your prescription ( mine took 10 days) and even longer to make the medication ( 5-7 days) They do not have enough staff to even answer the phone. If you need your prescription sooner than 20 days I do not recommend going there!

I needed to transfer my prescription from a. location in VA. When I called this location they told me it would take a few days and I would need to wait until they contact me. Well, that never happened. And I never recieved my refill while I was in Colorado. I ended up calling and asking to transfer to a different location.

Amazing customer service from everyone I've had to talk to here... and it was at least 7-9 people throughout the process. (How can EVERY single one be great?!)
My complex Rx was being transferred from another compounding pharmacy to Strive, but my provider had to onboard with them before starting the prescription. The reason I changed was a huge price difference from the original pharmacy; Strive customer service provided a quote before this whole process took place.
Now, this did take a while... But, being a new patient from a provider not currently set up with Strive, I knew there would be delays and extra steps. I didn't realize it would be this long, but again, customer service was such a high level that every time I called, I got a real person, and I never felt overlooked or rushed with questions or concerns. I really wish I could remember every single person's name that helped me and list it here. They deserve the praise.
Then, after everything was finally set up, it happened to be a Friday morning, and they said they would try their best to fill it before closing for the weekend. The Rx was a 90-day supply of a complex compound for pain management for a very specific condition, so I really wasn't expecting it to be possible, but I've been literally hurting waiting to get it refilled... and Zachary & CO came through.
On Friday, minutes before they were scheduled to close, they were able to compound and set just enough of the Rx to get me through the weekend until the rest of the 90-day Rx will be completed next week. Most places would say it couldn't be done, and rightfully so, but you guys went the extra mile.
It was very personal and professional service and beyond the scope of what other pharmacies have done for me. I greatly appreciate the few people who were left working this last Friday at the last minute for me. It saved me a lot of pain over the weekend.
So, even with the longer period to get onboarded and communication between my provider and Strive, and all the speed bumps along the way (expected and not expected), solid 5 stars for all the help through the process and finally getting everything in the place it needed to be to be able to fill my Rx.
Great price, excellent customer service, and a quality compounded prescription. As long as I need this Rx and if I need any further compounded Rxs, I'll be using Strive.
Thank you again to everyone who helped me. I apologize again for only remembering Zackary's name! Please make sure to tell him and the compounding pharmacist in the lab for her help, especially!

Got sent a prescription and got charged without asking. We aren’t rich to be able to afford a lot for meds. Either there was no right communication with the doctor or the pharmacy is in the wrong, maybe both. We were told wed have options.

I did not have automatic renewal set up in this company continued to illegally charge my card for shipments that I was not requesting. This is illegal and when I called, they just said that they were going to erase my credit card information so it wouldn’t happen anymore. This is happened multiple times with strive pharmacy! Beware! I have several friends and clients that have referred to strive and are starting out there weight loss journey with them, and unless the manager contact me and gives me amazing explanation of why this is happening they will all be made aware of these issues as well.

Excellent place to do business at. I have personally found all their communication forms much more acceptable than any of the bigger Walgreens etc.

Horrible communication. Would not recommend. Took more than 2 full weeks to get a script filled with me having to reach out repeatedly.
Here's how this place worked for me:
1. You call and go through multiple prompts to try to reach a human during limited hours they are open (It's a small shop-- no idea how they stay in business). I left a message on a Tuesday. No one called me back. I called again on Thursday and got a person.
2. In my case, my doc said I didn't need a script. Strive says I do. I got in touch with my doc who sent in the script the same day (5/24). No response from Strive.
3. I called a few days later to find out what's going on. They explain they need to get in touch with my doc to determine a detail about the compound. I ask them to please do so.
4. More days go past. No word from Strive. I call again. They have the info from my doc and tell me that they'll send me a text with a form to fill out and pay before they develop the compound.
5. Few more days go by with no text or invoice. I get an email on 5/31 with an invoice that includes a $5 delivery charge. I never gave my address and have no idea why they assumed delivery without me asking for it. I emailed (no response) and called to explain that I'll pick up and ask for the delivery charge to be removed. Sandra says she'll fix it and resend that day.
6. 6/3- still no new invoice. I call again. Finally receive a corrected invoice, which I promptly pay.
7. Crickets. I call again a few days later after receiving nothing. They call me back and leave a VM claiming the script has been ready for 5 days (as if it's my fault for not knowing that).
8. Head in to pick up. Space is weird-- bad energy, no consultation about the script whatsoever. Date filled is 6/10-- the date I called (which means it wasn't ready 5 days earlier).
That's more than 2 weeks and 5+ phone calls to get a script. I do not recommend Strive if you have anything urgent that's needed. If you do use them, plan on spending a lot of energy to be able to get your script processed.

This pharmacy filled the prescription my brother’s doctor ordered when most conventional pharmacies wouldn’t. They were very friendly and filled the prescription very quickly.

The people are great but not the compounding! They made mistakes three times with my prescription but this last time it almost cost me my life! Since my HRT was wrong (they gave me half the dose I was supposed to get) it sent me into an estrogen crash that got me so depressed I was very close to leaving this earth. I think they are too busy for the amount of staff. Be careful if you use them double and triple check your prescription! I even called and confirmed how it needed to be done and still got the wrong dose. Strive please do better it can end up costing a life! I have switched to a new compounding pharmacy!
