Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King

Stopped in to grab a Yeti in a rare color. Couldn’t find the color I was looking for and three different employees came together to help find the one I was looking for. 10/10 will drive past my local Ace to visit this location.

We went to 3 different places to replace a sprinkler head, none of them had the part. We headed 30 minutes to The BigTool Box, thank goodness we did because they had just the part we needed and great customer service. One gentleman showed us where we needed to go and the other helped my husband pick out just the right part. Only thing that could have been better is if they had a store closer to Aurora,

Disappointed in a recent policy change that is not updated on their website - they lost a customer today.I used to come here for parts, sod and tool rentals (aerators) at least once a year (my yard is small and I live close by, I can get it all done and returned within 1.5 hrs).I typically book aerators from these guys at least once a year (spring and fall), however, when I attempted to book one today, I was told that their minimum is now 4 hour on a very recent policy change. Contrary to what their website says, it still has 2 hour blocks listed. I mentioned this to the employee over the phone and that should be honored as why would you make a policy change without updating your website first, I was basically shrugged off and told that the website is not in his control and it's a 4 hour minimum now. I cancelled the order and won't be coming back.

They will sell you a Milwaukee tool but when it stops working after 3 months they will not honor the 3 YEAR warranty. If you shop here, BEWARE.
