I began working with Corey, Nicole and Ashley in late 2023. While I "felt" healthy, I was experiencing a great deal of swelling and inflammation in my midsection.Over the months to follow, Nicole and Corey designed a custom fit program to dial into my needs and that of my body and biome.There were a few weeks of discomfort during a portion of my detox program and while that was not a fun experience, I knew AND was encouraged that this was short term pain for long term gain.I felt supported, heard understood and addressed throughout my journey and grateful to the team for their care and expertise. And, now living a happier, healthier and cleaner lifestyle

Dr. Corey Feldman has changed my life!!! I have been through the gambit with traditional doctors with a rapid declining health. At the hight of my illness I wasn’t able to digest most food, I struggled to sleep and loosing weight was impossible. Working with Dr. Feldman and his team has been a wonderful experience. They truly care about the people they see. They take the time to be with you and help encourage you through out your health journey. Fast forward today. I am able to eat normal food. I have lost over 30 lbs. I was able to get off of most of my prescription medication. I am getting the best sleep of my life. Thanks to Trivida Functional Medicine!!!

When I found Trivida I felt like a runaway freight train. I couldn’t go on feeling the way I was feeling and I needed answers. I made my initial, desperate plea for help with Nicole who, without hesitation, was confident she and her team could help me. Next, I met with Corey and, still being a mess, I got emotional several times. I could tell, though, that Corey genuinely cared, wanted to help and knew exactly the plan of attack.The Trivida Team has spent so much time with me (from Nicole to Corey, Jaimie and Ashley)! This is pretty much unheard of in healthcare these days. They each LISTENED to what I was saying, HEARD how I was feeling and really pieced together my story in a way that taught me how to… manage myself I guess you could say. Trivida is a different breed! They strive to find the root problems instead of giving you a pill to treat your symptoms. My journey continues, but within just a few weeks I began to feel better under Nicole’s care. Her patience, knowledge and support every step of that way has helped me (and continues to help me) one year later. She provides guidance, suggests strategies, and gives you the tools that encourage your success. At the same time, she told me often she’d never expect “perfection”, giving me grace to make mistakes and to not be so hard on myself. I could go on, but I’m forever grateful for that online search I did over a year ago that brought me through the doors of Trivida. Thank you!

I went through a shortened 4 month program after a consultation with Trivida's team to understand my health goals. I was assigned a health coach, Nicole, who helped me throughout the program to reach my health goals. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had bi-weekly meetings to tag-up and help me through each step of my program and test results, where she answered all my questions and provided excellent guidance.One aspect I appreciate from Trivida is that they educate you in everything that you are doing and why. This empowers you to understand how your body works and what to do to improve it.I also think that Trivida's approach to medicine should be considered by more people. They treat your body as a "machine" that needs the right inputs in order to function optimally. This can differ from traditional healthcare where medicine is used as a band-aid to mask the problem instead of fixing the root cause.

I am so incredibly grateful for everyone at Trivida! Corey and Meghann have been a saving grace in my health journey and I cannot thank them enough. I have been struggling with infertility for many years and although my journey hasn't resulted in a baby; I know I am on my way to becoming a mother. Corey's knowledge and experience with hormone imbalance is fascinating and even a year after starting with Trivida; Meghann has continued to follow up with me. I am not the type of person who likes "coaching" but my time with Andy; I learned so much and loved working with him. I encourage anyone who is questioning their healthcare with traditional doctors; to seek out a consultation here. I still remember the validating feeling Corey gave me from the moment I walked through the door. I continue to work with them to this day to monitor my bloodwork and I am in high hopes they will help me become a mom. Highly highly recommend Trivida Functional Medicine and so glad I found them!

I started working with Corey and the team at Trivida after years of my primary care doctors telling me everything was fine. They weren’t. Although I had spent decades in gyms and even running a couple full marathons, I felt sluggish and just “not myself”. 80% of U.S. deaths over 50, are from one of the following: 1. Cardiovascular 2. Cancer 3. Alzheimer’s and/or 4. Insulin related. Since my father passed the year before from numbers 1 and 4, I figured it was worth investigating.I am so grateful for Corey and Trivida. I easily feel 50% better, and 15 years younger than I did before starting to work with them. Corey changed my life. He ran a number of tests to understand what was going on inside my body. While my primary doctor was telling me I was in normal ranges,, I had early signs of a number of those four major killers. Corey’s style is very warm and welcoming and as we worked through tests and recommendations he was always thoughtful in what would work for my lifestyle. I can’t recommend Trivida highly enough. There were some hard days when I had to confront some of the data with Corey but I kept telling myself that the 10 to 15yr older version of myself will thank me for doing the hard work now and making their life better. Thank you Trivida!

Nicole was a huge help in understanding my gut and hormonal health! She was responsive, compassionate, and consistently willing to hear what I was going through and brainstorm solutions. I know that she genuinely cared and continued to care about my health, both during the program and after the program ended. I feel like having her as a resource really changed my health and will continue to change it in the future!My experience at Trivida was excellent. My only reason for giving four stars is that the cost is pretty financially challenging. I know that this is typical of functional medicine, but I would love to see scholarship or sliding scale options offered in the future to make functional medicine more accessible for all.

The team at Trivida Functional Medicine really helped change my life. My whole body was inflamed and bogged down with vertigo migraines and other inflammatory responses that really impacted my vitality and life. The program is very hard and challenging, but completely worth it, and I felt supported the entire way with my health coach, Nicole, keeping me on track. Don’t let the large investment or the hard work scare you because it is worth it 100%. After six months of following their program, I am healthy and I can live a full life and not miss out on things. I do not suffer from vertigo migraines or the other health issues that I had before I saw them. I am forever grateful. Do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation.

I worked with Trivida for 6 months and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Corey is very knowledgeable and helped me get my health back on track. My coach Nicole is absolutely amazing and also the one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I had several health issues that were preventing me from living a normal daily life and Corey and Nicole saved me. If you’re not feeling 100%, please do yourself a favor and go see them!

I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing team at Trivida! I was feeling tired (all the time), didn’t have any energy and had trouble sleeping (lots of other symptoms). The team at Trivida was able to address them all, but gradually in a way that allowed me to implement them as ongoing lifestyle changes. They are simply amazing at what they do!!!

My experience with Trivida was truly eye-opening. I spent years navigating the healthcare system only to be met with resistance. I knew I had been feeling badly for a long time, but I didn't realize just how bad I was feeling until I started feeling better. Trivida explored every avenue possible to help me feel better. I felt extremely supported by Nicole and the rest of the team when I needed to slow down or make changes. I learned how to listen to subtleties my body was telling me and how to navigate those shifts. Even as a nurse, I knew minimal about gut health and hormone imbalances and appreciated the time everyone spent diving deep into explanations so I could fully understand. It's amazing how drastically better I feel after six months and I'm so grateful to have taken the leap with Nicole and the Trivida team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Corey Feldman and Andy Adams, a functional medicine practitioner who exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into their office, I knew that I was in good hands. Corey and Andy took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and they conducted a thorough assessment to get to the root of my health issues.What really stood out to me was their holistic approach to healthcare. Rather than just treating just my symptoms, Corey and Andy took the time to understand my lifestyle and identify any underlying imbalances in my body. They then created a personalized treatment plan that focused on nutrition, exercise, the proper supplements and stress reduction, in addition to traditional medical interventions.Throughout my treatment, Corey and Andy were always available to answer my questions and offer support. Their passion for functional medicine was evident in every interaction we had, and I truly felt like they cared about my health and wellbeing.Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I have seen a significant improvement in my health. I am so thankful I was referred to Trivida Functional Medicine by a close friend. Be prepared to have your life changed for the better. Upfront, just know this is a commitment to your health: blood work, ordering supplements, taking supplements religiously, follow-up appointments with your personal wellness coach, tests, physical therapy, etc. Because of this program and the extremely knowledgeable staff, I now have answers to questions that have never been addressed properly for me by regular doctors. I found out I have food allergies, and food sensitivities, along with tests to see if I had a leaky gut, which resulted in my stomach no longer being an issue because now I have concrete answers as to the cause of my stomach inflammation. I found out I have hypothyroidism which explains my low energy and thinning hair and now am prescribed the proper medication to help level this out. I had extreme hormonal imbalances which were impacting A LOT for me and now am on a great plan to keep this manageable. I found out I have sleep apnea (who me?) and now I will see a specific Dr. so I can get proper oxygen and hopefully better sleep. I have VERY low cortisol levels which explain my chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, and low energy, and have started a new supplement to be able to kick start my adrenal glands and finally not feel so lethargic all the time. Moreover, I had the best coach, Andy, who I had bi-weekly calls with to review all of this with me and break it down for me to understand and digest to make it not overwhelming. Andy was super helpful with recipes and recommendations for environmental changes (what makeup I am wearing, the water I am drinking, and the mold in my apartment) and how this affects my body internally daily. Now I have so much energy, and I'm able to be present with friends and family, and I just simply feel good. The owner Corey Feldman is incredibly caring, intelligent, and upfront with his patients. He does a great job of explaining what is happening with your body and how to move forward to heal in your introductory meeting. I was a mess when I met Corey and my coach Andy, and I have never received as much in-depth information, nor rounded healing protocols and help as I have from him and his amazing team. Trivida Functional Medicine is truly a compassionate, educational, honest, and effective healing space! Trivida and Andy have given me knowledge, power, and a practical plan to feel good and thrive. Andy has been the biggest influence in my life when it comes to health and nutrition. While other doctors treat only the symptoms, Andy focuses on whole-body health and helps his patients to develop and understand a long-term wellness plan that meets their individual needs. It is crazy for me to think if I waited even ten more years how miserable I would have been if I didn’t commit to this program and dived deep to put my health first and make ME a priority. Hands down, this is the best investment I have ever done. Thank you Trivida for restoring me.

My experience at Trivida was excellent. Everyone I’ve dealt with in my health journey with Trivida has been amazing. Everyone is so helpful and answers all of my questions. They were so quick to implement goals and always kept their word. It was an excellent experience.I was able to lose weight, make big lifestyle changes and learned how to eat better and exercise better. My pain has gone down a lot and my gout flares are much less.For anyone starting a program, be open minded with the team. Trivida will get to the bottom of your health problems. Stay consistent with your homework and make sure to meet with your coach as you can.
