Reservation and return process was easy. Staff at the location was friendly and very helpful. Only issue was with the phone app used to verify damage to vehicle during checkout - would not allow photos to be uploaded. Staff at the location was very helpful in getting the info submitted without the app.

The location did not have any furniture Dollies. If any equipment is not available why allow it to be added during booking.
While at the pickup location, I contacted U-Haul Customer Care via live chat about the issue, they told me they would refund me the dolly rental or recommend me to a different location which has all the equipment that I wanted. However, since UHaul rental has a per mile cost, it would not make any sense going to a location further away. Apparently the “50$ credit when equipment is not available” is only applicable to trucks and not other equipments.
The guy at the counter was super patient and worked with me and also gave me a utility dolly for free for the inconvenience.

My girl friend and I reserved a u hall here almost two weeks in advance of our move two days before our move we get a call from u hall where they changed our reservation from 6 am to 8 and then they changed it from being able to drop off the truck near our new place to now we have to bring the truck back to where we rented it from. Now today when we picked it up they added an additional 100$ on top of what we were told the price was gonna be.We chose this truck due to the price point and being able to drop it off near our new place all of wich was negated last second by an untrustworthy company.If they would have been honest and fourth rite up front we would have chosen a different company but they changed everything so last second that we couldn't switch companies forcing us to into a position where we couldn't refuse and get a different truck I will never put my faith in this company again, a company that waits untill your at your most vulnerable and then takes advantage of that situation

Worst moving experience I've ever had. Booked my truck over a week ago and got told on my moving day they overbooked and I couldn't get a truck. I hired movers and lost over 400$ for them just sitting around because of uhuals mistake. Uhual then sent me to 3 different locations promising me each time a uhuaI and none were true. Ended up with a far location, a smaller truck costing me miles i shouldn't have paid for. Next time I'll just book a moving company. Anything has got to be better than this experience. Stay far away and go to any other company.

Terrible experience. Lady getting us the uhaul had 0 clue how to do her job, tried over charging us on mileage, and was super rude. That was on Monday (05/02) now fast forward to 05/06, we just got charged an additional 30 dollars with no explanation. 90+ dollars spent on a 15’ truck for like 9 miles. ?
