The lady at the counter is very very rude. Not helpful at all and talks to customers awful! I will never come back to this store. By the other reviews it seems like this employee has been an issue and has treated other customers the same way. Terrible person to have as the face of your business.

Always such good customer service at this store. Today I sent a box that had 27 individually wrapped pieces. Super easy, quality service when I sent it. Per usual. Unfortunately, there should have been 28 pieces. I realized I missed 1 when I got home and saw it on my desk. Bummer. I went back and got the same guy who initially helped me, I suck in that I didnāt get his name but he was awesome, and he asked if I wanted gto add it to the box? I already had a bubble wrap envelope in my hand ready to send another package. He cleanly opened it for me and I put piece 28 in. No extra charge. Super service. Thank you and again, bad of me for not getting your name, you were great.

There are times when shipping a package is very important. I recently had an experience where I really needed to get a package to someone important to me and Shelby OāBrien really helped me. She was quick efficient and helped me to make sure I got my package safe and ready to go. She answered my questions and took the time and the extra effort to really make it an experience that left me feeling good about choosing UPS for my package.

Ryland was incredibly helpful. Took the time to help with a label printing issue. Really appreciated his professionalism and help.
The older white woman referenced by several others was rude and obnoxious. Instead of being helpful, like Ryland, she laughed at my request for help. She needs to work in the back with packages, not people.

Iāve been using this location for years, and while Iāve had some positive experiences and the staff seem to have good intentions, thereās an unsettling lack of awareness or competence at times.
For example, I paid over $10 to send a simple letter via USPS certified mail. I was assured it would be picked up the next day (the 14th), but for several days, there was no tracking informationānone at all! Finally, on the 18th, it appeared to have been picked up.
Maybe this delay was the fault of USPS. But, if the letter wasnāt picked up until the 18th, why was I told by the UPS Store it would be picked up on the 13th? This was an important letter containing a large check, and it caused me stress and anxiety as I tried to track its status. I should've just put it in my own mailbox!

When the old white woman asked me how soon you want it to get there, i replied depends on how much it will cost and she has this smirk on her face and said āyou sure you wanna send it with ups, maybe you shouldnāt be using ups thenāā¦.That old lady definitely has some attitude problems⦠And she didnt even know how to make a photocopy of a document and i needed to show her that.

Although I understand all services arenāt created equal, Iām always frustrated when I go to this location. Nickel and diming for packing tape/packaging is unnecessary. I have had good experiences at the customer service center whom will help you package, tape, and label your boxes free of charge. I understand every business needs to make money but as a postal service, it just seems right to have tape and other necessities available for customers. Just some feedback to consider.

Took a bit to acknowledge my existence even though it was empty in there. Said the systems were down and they couldnāt hep me. Iām not real sure about that. Thats fine though, Iāll go to another location.
