UPS takes advantage of Amazon customers here at this location. Do not drop off your Amazon returns here unless you want a problem, they tend to take your returns and not refund you.

The worst location in Colorado and potentially the entire country. I've been to this location three times, and I always have the same person, and each time I tell myself, the person working is having a tough day. I have come to the conclusion that this person hates life. He treats you like you're a bother as soon as you walk in the door, huffing and puffing. I get that dealing with the public sucks sometimes, but within minutes of opening and he is always miserable. It's a plus that this location is open on Sundays but not worth dealing with the employee that is in there and his god-awful attitude.

Very rude and unhelpful. Crowded location and tight parking lot, just dave yourself the headache and go to staples on Arapahoe instead

Helped me with my shipping and packaging needs. I even got Pricing for a mailbox. The people that run this UPS store super nice. I highly recommend stopping here for your Overnight shipping needs!

First off, trying to frighten people during the holidays by constantly stating your package probably won't get there by ground in time - you sure you don't want the 81 dollar option. Not said once but three times.
I was there this Saturday at 11:18 am - Saturday December 14th 2024- thought I was purchasing ground with a delivery date of the 18th. As I was driving away from this not so nice place, I saw the UPS Truck pull up. So later that evening I checked my tracking number. Nope - not found servicer must not have notified us of a package or it's a 120 days old. We'll it wasn't 120 days old. I got up Sunday - nope no package found. Now here i am going to be late to work to find out what these people did with my package to my elderly mother.
This is my second and last time using this location. I am off university and Arapahoe Rd near vitamin cottage/ Natural Grocers. I am not a wealthy woman, I am average which means in this economy I'm poor. So I guess I should have trusted myself and just went somewhere else but here i am hoping to God that my mother has a Christmas.
As an update - as of 12/16/2024- the gal Megan who works and opened the store today was wonderful. First kind person Ive ever met at this store. Thank you to her for her follow up.

A huge shout out to Megan at the University and Arapahoe UPS Store! I have appreciates the services offered at this store for years - from custom packing and shipping of a special family painting, to carefree Amazon returns, to them receiving packages to hold for safekeeping. to utilizing their computer to picking out cute cards! Over the past month, I have been putting a project together requiring a lot of details and specialized printing. Megan has absolutely gone above and beyond in helping me so patiently and paying such attention to detail! She is incredible and always willing to help with a smile on her face! Sincerely appreciate her stellar service!
