This location is truly terrible. I'm literally not even 100 yards from this post office, and our building doesn't get our mail until after 6pm every single day. So utterly ridiculous. I would honestly rather just stop in and pick my mail up myself than have them go through the obviously excruciating task of organizing mail delivery to a building 100 yards away.

Rude. Not sure if having an accent is an issue for the lady at the counter but she should not be in front of people.

There was a long line as there was only one worker who was taking care of customers. People were waiting in line for one hour. Many people left. The worker never rushed and seems that he intentionally slowed down. The worker told us that there was a staff shortage.

IF YOU WANT TO SEND CLICK AND SHIP PRE PAID INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. ASK THEM TO USE THE RIGHT SCANNER!!! THEY WILL LIKELY USE THE WRONG ONE AND TELL YOU IT DOSENT WORK AND TO MANUALLY FILL ONE OUT THERE AND PAY FOR NEW POSTAGE.

The employee received me cordially and with the load of people moving in and out of there, the postal employees were delivering a smile and attentiveness. Thanks, it's hard enough to put up with us.

Twice I had to get back in the line. Being a quiet guy I mostly wait. But both of the times Wendy made sure I get my turn and not wait again. Today I needed a help with my passport. The lady said Wendy can help with that. I go back in line. The gentleman behind me tried to jump ahead but Wendy again tells him I was there first and help me thoroughly to make sure all my docs are there. Thank you Wendy. I appreciate you. Tashi

Went in today to drop a package snd unfortunately the self service was broken. I came in right before close so i felt bad about going in line, but I'm glad i did because there was a freaking hawk in the building. I don't know their discipline or credentials, but that's the fastest service I've ever gotten.

Wendy is the best! So smart and helpful! Honestly everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I really like the crew! The lines can be long but they do their best to move you along as quickly as they possibly can.

They are always understaffed and take forever to provide customer service for simple transactions. They are not helpful at all.

Our carrier is Tyler. Anytime there’s a package that won’t fit in our mail box, he delivers it to our door. Always enjoy talking with him. He’s efficient and accurate! Good job!

I would also give them a zero if possible. Only 1 person helping customers with a line out the door. At times he would just walk alway and stand at a closed window and do nothing. Took us over 1/2 hour to get to window, only 3 persons in line ahead of us.
