My customer service experience started with Alex complaining about the two elderly women that came in asking for support and said they quote "need to get mental help." It was then followed by the most condescending, rude, experience I've ever had with a service rep.
Alex spoke to me with zero grace, called my sister and me "a couple of girls," and said to another employee that he was going to charge a set-up fee just to get the commission for it "because of this economy." His tone and lack of respect extended to his fellow Verizon employees, as well.
Alex thinks of himself as "very successful at Verizon" and though he may know how the systems work, he should never interact with customers. When his behavior was reported to the supervisor, all she said was "I'm sorry to hear that." It is clear this store does not care. I recommend going to another Verizon store and save yourself from what I can only describe as a circle of hell.

Alex at this location is fantastic!!!! After many reps at different locations could not assist, Alex was knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest and gave us easy next steps. This guy is a huge asset to SouthGlenn Verizon in Centennial CO!

Im half happy and half very disappointed I was told you get different promotions stacked and one is the reason I switched from T-Mobile to them and one line will not be helped paid off like I was told.
The main reason I switched was a lie and I am still to go back into the store and figure this out but I don’t think I will get any where with it because they didn’t document anything so instead of 3 stars it’s a 2

When my elderly grandmother went in for help because she lost her phone, they ‘convinced’ her that she needed an entirely new data line. Also upgraded me to a more expensive plan without my knowledge when I went for a trade-in. Never going to this location again.

I might be over-rating this Verizon store location given how terrible the experience I had immediately before at another Verizon store located on Littleton Boulevard in Littleton CO, but they were very helpful and got my phone activated. The young man I worked with was very polite and explained everything to me. He also honored the free SIM card I was promised by the customer service rep I spoke with online.

I switched from Verizon to Cricket (I just needed to save money at the time)
3 years ago and after dealing with Cricket for years the lack of customer service and spotty at best connectivity/mobile service I finally realized CS was more important to me than the savings.
Phil made the transition damn near seamless in almost every way (all in just slightly over an hour.
He is Top notch, Very knowledgeable, Professional, Patient etc…
a real pleasure to work with.

Store sold my phone that should've been on hold and offered this as a solution "There is nothing I can do on my end, but if you want to call Verizon customer service and let them know they can reverse it and we can get you a different phone here." That's a shitty solution that puts the footwork back onto me. F that. I've done more than enough going to 2 different Verizon stores and neither had what they should've had as per the Verizon website.
And I don't know how in todays day and age that something put on reserve electronically doesn't go thru instantaneously. Total BS. And the non solution is what really pissed me off.

Will never be a Verizon customer again. Terrible phone service and terrible customer service. Good luck trying to talk to someone who barely even speaks English. Pathetic. And if they offer you a free piece of junk Apple Watch or an iPad for “free” as a promotional deal, DONT DO IT, it’s not free. This company is a total scam

Went in today...Saturday the 10th at 1145 am...pit my name on the list...was told 2 people were ahead of me and it would be about 20 mins...no problem...they text me and said I was next in line...I stood there for over a half an and watched another family walk in...put their name on the list ..and then were taken care of before me ..I spent 45 minutes in the store...they "lost" my appointment and skipped me! I don't live to wait in Verizon stores....shame...just go online or call ..

It was a simple fix with a frozen screen on my iphone, not even something that was a software issue or anything Verizon could technically fix, could have sent me to the Apple store instead but took the time to Youtube it and fix it right there. The gentleman who worked it out with me went out of his way to help me out, like a true human and the chivalry I was greeted with was so refreshing in this day and age. Thank you for giving hope to this world.

Marquel is freaking amazing! I have been getting the run around and has been to multiple stores numerous times. Marquel was took care of me with a first time go! Promote the guy! His customer service skills are outstanding!

I was on text with Verizon, and they told me one price and gave me a different phone, and when I approved the purchase of the phone that I was not quoted, I was surprised when getting to the store and getting a different phone then agreedupon, inorder to bring back the unwanted phone they would not take it back unless I gave them $50.00, I now see how Verizon can make promotions on phones they will flat out rip you off, how can they stay in business eventhough I have been with Verizon for 3 decades, I will definitely not advise on using them, so by them quoting me the wrong phone it cost me $50.00 for nothing, don't use!!!!
