If I could a zero star I would. The taller guy with the glasses whose name begins with a D and has a dark band in his ring finger (maybe a wedding band) was extremely rude to the guy in front of me and even worse with me. No hello when I said hi and just said what do you need. No hello, thanks for coming in tithing…just what do need. Then when I explained I needed (to return a 5G box) because it didn’t activate but I had another that was activated. Told him when I called Verizon told me to take it back to any store. The installer said the same thing.He said since it wasn’t out of their inventory he wouldn’t accept it. If they did accept it it would cancel the one I had that was currently installed annd working. Interesting as returning one that is faulty has nothing to do with the one currently working. The one I was returning had already been cancelled off of my account. When I politely asked why returning one that didn’t work would cancel my entire contract as he had stated, he said that’s how it works. He was rude and told me oh I guess you’re driving back to S Colorado location. Worst customer service ever. His attitude sucked. I went to the location on S. Colorado and they were fabulous. I explained what happened at the Southglenn location and the manager said what I was told wasn’t true. They should have accepted the return.Not only was the guy rude and unprofessional to the person before me AND me, he lied on top of everything. How he has a job is beyond me. I so wanted to be a “Karen” but held my tongue.UPDATE: To the manager, do you or do not accept internet boxes returned at your location? Even if it wasn’t initially from you location? That’s the bottom line.

I had such a great experience. Went in to get help setting up a replacement for my list phone, and Isaac took such good care of me. Thanks for the positive and pleasant experience!

Verizon is the worst. The storefront employees reflect the " we don't care about you" style of business that Verizon has become known for. Paying at the kiosk is a joke and the employees are too. It's not like you have a choice but if you can go back in time tell yourself not to give Verizon a freaking dime. Like selling your soul they will trap people everytime.

I spent hours in the store working with MarQuel. He had some obstacles in his way while he was trying to set up my business account and also transfer my daughters acct over to mine. He could have given up and he had numerous people, that he had to call, who were less than helpful. There was one sweet lady who was awesome and i wish i had gotten her name, but there was also a very frustrating person who was unable to understand MarQuel and even less capable of helping.I heard and watched MarQuel maintain his composure, talk the other man through the steps he needed him to perform, so he could do HIS job! Basically Marquel was doing multiple jobs at once. He never gave up and never lost his cool.MarQuel made everything happen and got me and my daughter set up with the service we needed.There are two kinds of people in the world. Those who make excuses and those who make it happen. MarQuel is definitely the latter. He is exceptional and i hope he gets the recognition he deserves.If he ever wants a second job please refer him to me! Thank you for your persistence and commitment to customer care.

After a very sour experience at another store I ended up at this Verizon store. Was greeted by Isaac and he got right to work helping me with my issue which was a sim card issue on one the 12 lines we have on my account. He was very, very helpful in not only solving my iPhone issue, but also in taking the legal form of ID i was carrying and also he took the time to review my account and save us over 140 dollars a month due to paying singe device insurance instead of the flat rate plane which no one had ever explained to us. The store that turned me away will no longer be seeing us and because of Isaac I will not be switching all 12 lines on my account to a competitor. Thank you for the great service!

My first Verizon disappointment was at this store. My most recent bill was $96 more than expected because I was charged for a trial period for the internet, which was supposed to be free for 3 months. So, I don't understand why I was charged for it. Also, I was billed for a higher version of the unlimited plan that I selected. Two weekends ago, I went back to the store to return the Internet box and receive the appropriate credits for being charged for the internet and a higher unlimited plan. I was told that the credits would be applied to my current bill. To do this date, i have not received the credits so I will have to go back to the store for a second time or escalate the issue to a higher level of management, the bbb, etc. I'm so disappointed that I'm ready to leave Verizon. I left Sprint to come to Verizon because I thought it was better, but maybe I was wrong.

Only able to indicate 1 star but would provide 0 if possible. Worst customer experience in my more than 50 years of life. First, ignored and then asked "Are you ready?" when inquiring about plans. 2nd of two men in the store jumped in and aggressively asked me questions instead of offering help. Worst experience. I would recommend management looking at who is employed and covering "customer service."

This store is AWESOME. In a few minutes they fixed a problem caused by Verizon Store (8461 S Yosemite St Ste 101). CLEARLY the professionalism displayed by MarQuel and Alex is a direct reflection of the competent leadership of Manager Vanessa.All of my future upgrades will be done at this store.

We went back to this store to return the phones and the same person that told us we had to come back to drop off the phones told us that we have to mail in the phones. We made 2 hour round trip based on what he told us we had to do last time. I was very upset and he thought it was funny. Very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the Verizon Corporate office.

Christian helped us out when we needed to upgrade 2 lines. He was amazing. Kind, helpful, great sense of humor! My dad and sister both needed phones and all the fixins. Christian was polite and patient. Another employee was helping someone else and was not getting the same customer service and kindness we were. Would ask for Christian every visit!

Went to inquire about changing cell service providers and possibly change/upgrade phones for my family. Arrived later in the day, after 5pm, store closes at 7pm. Sean greeted us and informed us of the queue status. He was concise and informative from the get go. Grabbed a spot in line. Upon our turn the time was a bit after 6. Sean went to work compiling and printing off estimates for a couple different scenarios. He was diligent and open with what each entailed, allowing me the room to assess (edited for spelling error) and make a proper decision. Once reached he informed that this action usually takes ~ 1 hour to complete, while I was mindful of the fact that it was about 30 minutes to close. Sean would have been happy to oblige that evening but I asked if we could get an appointment for another day. Sean set us a time to return and we left for the evening. Upon returning for the appointment Sean delivered on all that was spoken to previously but went above and beyond. We left with new phones, cases, screen protectors and transferred numbers from our old provider. All this completed quickly and happily by Sean. He is a great person. I highly recommend that anyone looking for help in the Centennial area and surrounding areas stop in and look for him, he will get you taken care of post haste. Keep up the great work!

Stopped in for a speedy trip to replace my daughter's phone. We were under very tight schedule to make her plane and Isaac was amazing! He got her new phone, case, and data transfer going with time to spare! And he did an audit on our plan and saved us money to boot! We could not be more pleased!

Isaac saved the day! My Iphone 10 stopped sending and receiving any images from friends and family and Isaac fixed it. While I was sitting there another woman came up to me and said "Isaac is the best...he helped me with something I've had problems with for years." I agree with her "Give him a raise!"

Christian was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining all of my options for phone plans, add-on services, and devices. He gave thorough instructions on the process for receiving the credit for a device trade-in.
