“This was the first time I visited Dr. Geiselhardt. He was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He answered all my questions and loved on my baby like she was his. The staff was super friendly and got us right in and out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
“My Bella had her teeth cleaned and one tooth pulled. The staff was very caring and attentive and referred to her as “my baby” which I loved. They kept her most of the day to make sure she was fine. All good!”

“I was sitting a doggie who appeared to have ear mites, and the owners were out of the country. They got me in on a Saturday the same day I called. They were so kind and gentle. Turns out it was a bacterial infection. They cleaned its ears and got him the medicine to help him get better. I saw improvement by the next day, and the puppy was back to being happy!”
“Aurora Cat Hospital & Hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Anthony is great and has been great with my cats. I have two cats, and both of them got sick after I adopted them. So I have made a few vists. All of the visits were easy, and the treatments were well explained.”

“In August 2024 I brought home 2 puppies, and after some research decided to try Piney Creek Square Vet. Dr Dohse and all of the staff are great. I never feel pushed into vaccinations or treatment. She takes her time to explain everything thoroughly and I value her educated and experienced opinion. I have never had to wait long periods to see the Dr and I feel that she takes my puppies care as something that is as important to her as it is to me. So far my puppies have received vaccines, flea/tick preventative. She has performed a spay and umbilical hernia surgery on one puppy, and will soon neuter our other puppy.”
“I’ve been using Littleton Veterinary Clinic for a couple of years now. Today I had to take my pup in for teeth cleaning. I was very worried about the process because she has a heart murmur. The staff was great in relieving my fears. I was texted twice during the procedure and advised that she was doing very well under the anesthesia and another advising that she was doing fine in recovery. Dr. B went over the x-rays with me when I picked her up. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend their services”
“I’ve had a plan with Banfield for each of my animals since 2013 and it’s easily one of the best healthcare decisions I made for my pets. It saves so much money and it’s so great to have the peace of mind that I can go into the vet and know it’s not going to eat us out of house and home.
I’ve personally been with numerous different Banfield locations over the years, as I’ve moved between different areas of CO and FL. And I will say that the Littleton South Banfield has been THE BEST one we’ve had. The front desk staff is so attentive and kind. The vet techs and every vet we’ve seen there has been so empathetic and heartfelt in every interaction we’ve had with them - and when they were unable to help my dog with his abscess he developed, they helped guide me to the best facilities in the area that COULD give him the care and surgery he needed. And every time we go to a different Banfield location (which is only ever due to appointment availability at this point) - we just are not as impressed. We will go out of our way and drive the extra 20 min to get to this location any day of the week. Cannot give enough praise to this location and its staff. Y’all are doing things RIGHT ♥️
The only area of complaint I have with Banfield really lies with the communication within the system for the wellness plan itself. Which is managed separately from the vet office location. The system seems to have a lot of limitations that I think a more updated system could help fix. We’ve had issues in the past with having specific credit cards being incorrectly charged for the wrong pet; records being unable to be transferred to a new account; and it taking multiple attempts to get certain people taken off of the account. I shared a plan with my mom as a fresh 18-yr old and continued to share the plan with her largely because they said they couldn’t transfer my cats records over if I made my own account. And I knew how big of a difference having those records made in my cat getting the proper veterinary care based on his more complicated medical history. It also took a long time to get my ex off of the account after we split and we weren’t able to split his dog off of the plan in the middle of year before renewal - so we had to continue to share the account for a while and then after his dogs plan expired, it took an addition 6-12 months I think to get him removed from the account. So just make sure you are sure you want that person on there for a long time. ?
As soon as my cat passed away though, my husband and I made a new account for our dog. And they were at least able to make a note about some records being in my mom’s account for him. Ultimately every issue I’ve ever had with Banfield has been related to the corporate management and the computer system that runs the wellness plans. But even the issues I have had with that are worth putting up with to get the discounts and quality care it comes with. My biggest suggestion to the corporate side of the wellness plans is maybe it’s time to upgrade the system (LOL).
But again - CANNOT give ENOUGH praise to Littleton S Banfield. They’re wonderful!!”
“We called and got a same day appointment for our newly adopted rescue dog. I explained to the receptionist what was going on and also that our dog was a bit reactive with other pets. They had me call when we arrived and took us in an alternate entrance. They treated our dog (and us) with such kindness and gentleness. The vet who saw him knew exactly what was ailing him, treated him for it, and gave us instructions on what we could do at home. We were very pleased with the treatment our boy got there.”
