Wouldn’t email a copy of my prescription to me. They said they could mail it or I could pick it up but I needed it today and I don’t live near them anymore. Will not be returning to Visionworks.

From Dr Myers, to the office staff, everybody treated us, my wife and myself, with an excellent customer service. We felt comfortable asking Dr Myers any question regarding the results of our eye exam. Dr Myers communicated every single detail in the process. Unlike most places I've been they don't tell you much unless you ask and even then you don't know what to ask about. I strongly, recommend VISIONWORKS in centennial for your eye care needs, you'll be glad you did.

visiting the area and my frames popped a screw out! This visionworks was the closest spot near me in my moment of need. I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter very kindly fixed me up in 30 seconds and even cleaned my lenses for me. Thank you, guy. Made a stressful situation so easy going!

My puppy got ahold of my glasses and I was not sure if my vision works store would charge me or if it was even possible to fix them. I was pleasantly surprised when jeremy was able to fix them as good as new. I have always been pleased with the personnel and the service of this store.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It was not a welcoming environment to walk in to. They act like you are an inconvenience. I consented to two things but was charged for 3. Don’t let them sneak added items to your bill…The doctor seemed very nice and thorough but that was nowhere near enough to make up for the rest of the experience. I will not be back.

Should you be seeking great service on your next pair of glasses, ask for Jeremy Ahuero. He's an unsung hero at this place. He cuts thru red tape & speeds you on your way. He fits you accurately, and even repairs the frames you want to get a little more mileage out of.-SG

I can’t even begin to explain how AWFUL my experience was here about 6 months ago. I will never step foot in vision works again. The doctor was friendly, but the office staff was horrible!! One of the front desk staff members rolled her eyes at me when I was trying to understand what she was saying. I was a business owner for years, and have worked soo many customer service/front office jobs l, and I was in shock at how horrible they treat customers.

Jeremy is a wonderful associate who took care in making sure all my glasses were a comfortable fit and that one pair of glasses were redone. The lenses just were not working for me.
