This store has had issues for years. During the covid years and after you could tell it was absolutely brutal on the pharmacy techs. One of the worst retail type jobs you could probably get. The store is chronically understaffed and the shelves are often bare for large swaths especially for important stuff like otc meds. What options are there for pharmacies? We need local pharmacies again.

Ridiculously under stocked and understaffed. I could only find half the things I went for and the staff had no idea when other items would be coming in.

The pharmacist Jordan was extremely helpful with a transfer. Also, I called the pharmacy twice and there was no wait on hold either time. Great service, much appreciated. ?

This pharmacy is consistently understocked and understaffed. The parmacists/techs/assistants are helpful, but expect to get bad news after you wait 20mins to talk to them every time you visit to pick something up.It certainly seems to be more of a management/corporate problem but i can't say for sure. Wont be going back despite living down the street.

What a trash experience, try to refill online, randomly have prescriptions cancelled or not filled. Try and call in and wait an hour with no response. Go in person and wait another 20 minutes in line.
Complete garbage.

I really wish I could give 0 stars for this store. I have had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy (picking up prescriptions and especially with getting vaccines) and every pick up order has been significantly delayed, missing items, and awful customer service. Can we please get some drugstore competition in this area so customers have better options?
