The produce is always rotting, the self checkouts are 20 items or less and they only have one cashier working. Just spent 40 minutes trying to buy 3 items. They have a cash only self check but it’s not labeled anywhere.

Watched a lady this morning purchase almost 2 carts full of 60 count eggs. Went in to buy some and there were none left. With a egg shortage there should be a limit on a purchase of that nature. Cater to your community not one individual. Things have been really off at this location with the new store manager they put in place and not in a good way.

The contact solutions are locked in a case here. Not even the expensive ones, the store brand Equate. They have a push button for help to get it out of the case. The very kind store associate who helped us, wanted us to separately purchase just the contact solution at the pharmacy area. But we could not check out any other items there. Walmart is ridiculous. We refused and went straight to the check out because its Sunday and we already have to wait in lines whenever we check out, not doing it twice. Get better policies or lose sales in the future. Sorry to the associate we just walked away from, you did your job well!

This review only based on Curbside pickup. I have lived down the street from this location for years but within the last year I have begun to use the curbside service. I was not expecting such amazing service to be honest. I have had zero issues with curbside. They are always friendly and shop fresh produce. I couldn’t be more pleased with my service. With groceries at an all time high it means a lot that they shop for me as they would shop for themselves. So a BIG THANK YOU to the curbside staff. Highly recommend

Idk who's worse, the Walmart on Parker and Chambers or Buckley and Smokyhill. Both stores have asked for pictures for a price difference (its not my job to take pictures of the products they sell) and the one on Smokyhill doesn't give the full order when ordered online and when calling about it they don't know there products from fresh to prepackaged to wether or not we even got it... Are they really serious about things like this???

I often shop at Walmart because they do offer a lot of larger product sizes that I want, a lot of fragrance free goods, at fair prices compared to many other competitors.

This place is horrible. Waited over 40 min at the drive up for an order and decided to call, their response was “someone will be out when it’s your turn”. Nobody was getting their orders and it was full the whole time I sat there. 2 of us left without getting our orders. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The quickest I’ve been in and out of the drive up is 25 min. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the only walmart that makes you wait that long.

Tried to send some money to my wife and child in Asia.Waited 10 mins at customer service for someone to show up! All kinds of Walmart people around but no one actually working customer service. Then when someone finally shows up they ignore me and start helping the next ...younger... person in line behind me !!! Finally get someone to help send my wife some money and They try sending it to the wrong country !!!!! Well 15 minutes later i walked out of that Walmart with my money ..still not sent !!!. Worse customer service ....EVERRRRR......seems like they discriminate against older,white males in this store. Very age and Race Biased at this place.

The sheer amount of expired items I find on the shelves consistently at this place is mind-blowing. Nearly every single visit I find something. I gave up notifying the staff and just leave it there now. Check your expiration dates people! A lot of produce is end of shelf life as well.
