Unfortunately this is the bank I have to use for work. Every single time I've come through, Melissa has made my experience excruciating. Very rude. She's always throwing in snarky little comments as well, which are uncalled for and unprofessional. Very disappointing every single time I have had to interact with her. Sad. Everyone else is amazing :) she could learn some from her coworkers about customer service.

Actually I would give them zero stars I opened an account online and for some reason couldn’t get access to the account when they were walking me through the process so they told me to call the one 800 number I called the one 800 number and they said they couldn’t access the account so I’d have to go into the bank when I went into the bank they said they couldn’t help me until next week sometime what way is that to start business with a new account holder need to say I’m closing this account

This is a drive-thru ATM. More Wells Fargo should have drive-thru ATM. They're much more convenient. In our fast-paced lives it is so helpful just to be able to stay in our car and drive up to the ATM and transact all our business right there. The ATM closest to my house is down a flight of stairs and I use a cane so that is not accessible to me. I was very sad when they took out the drive-thru ATM

I had short notice to obtain information from closed bank accounts. Though I no longer bank at Wells Fargo and now use a credit union, and am not a current customer, my needs were taken care of much quicker than expected. Alyssa went above and beyond to get the information I needed. She was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful!

I have been a customer of wells fargo for almost 30 years. Today i stopped by at this location and made a deposit at the drive up atm. An hour later i realised my wallet was missing, we called and the employees went above and beyond to help, they went out and walked the the drive thru and checked the atm Excellent customer service !!! P.s. i later foumd my wallet under my seat. But again i was really impressed with the exyra help and great communication.

Genuinely bad ATM. Only drive thru. No walk up. Lines get bad. Rarely has $20s, sometimes no bills at all!
