When I arrived to get my prescription, I was notified that Julie the "pharmacist" allowed my old provider to call and cancel a prescription my new provider submitted. The kicker, my old provider NEVER sent in my prescription! I wasn't aware a pharmacist was allowed to cancel federally regulated prescriptions at the request of 1 provider that completely separate from the provider who submitted the prescription, and that is outside of their own network/practice?! Seems like a HUGE misstep to me.

My credit card number was stolen by an employee at this store and items were ordered from Best buy and sent to another Walgreens where the thief picked the items up.

It has been 10 years since I have used this pharmacy. It received a horrible rating from me then. I figured that after 10 years and the head pharmacist changing, it would be fine. Plus, it was the only pharmacy nearby to carry out child's medication. For THREE DAYS!! We have tried to get her meds. I submitted the prescription and was told it would be ready by 8:30 pm that same day. My husband waited in line for 25 minutes to get her meds and he got blocked. "We're closed now." I went back the next day at five and got some rude clerk at the drive in who tried to give me the wrong prescription to start. I pointed it out, then he said it needed to be approved by the doctor... hello... you have the prescription. He said this prescription needed a phone verification. Really? Then why wasn't I told that when it was dropped off? Why was I told it was ready at 8:30 the night before. He said they tried to call to verify but no one answered at my doctor's office. He said he has had to wait in lines too and "understands" our frustrations. Um.... NOT THE SAME! You waiting for a snickers bar in line and us trying for days to get a child's medication. UM NO, NOT the "same."I called dr's office this morning to follow up and no one called or left a message about her RX! So now, not only do I call BS on this pharmacy, but I say LIAR.

I sat on hold for an hour and 40 min tonight trying to reach a human. I never got through and gave up. I'm trying to confirm that they'll fill a rx for the cancer patient I care for. Unacceptable.

The pharmacy is extremely understaffed right now and they take forever to fill prescriptions. It's certainly not their fault that they are understaffed, but I have never waited this long for a prescription to be filled before- at any other Walgreens or pharmacy. Staff are friendly but I would not recommend using this pharmacy as they are too understaffed to fill prescriptions in a timely manner.

They always screw up my meds or delay my meds for no legal reasons. They are egregious in their behaviors towards customers.I have shared this on the neighbor app and have contacted DORA and human services. Incompetent High school drama queens with WRINKLES working behind the pharmacy counter is not a good sign for a serious drug peddling business!!!Take your business to our local friendly KING SOOPERS. Do not give money to Walgreens if you want them to hear your complaint. It is all about the bottom line with corporate greed. Walgreens have wiped out small mom and pop pharmacies in communities everywhere!Contact your local, state, federal representatives to put a reign on it and to investigate Walgreens practices!contact BBB, Trust pilot, Yelp, Facebook and in the Nextdoor app and break this monopoly.Why pay them to be negligent to us ? Take your business to king Soopers!

The sign on the door says that they offer walk in vaccines. I called the pharmacy directly and spoke to human who said " appointments are preferred but you can walk in you'll be good". Ten minutes later the rude woman at the pharmacy counter said none of it is true and I had to make an appointment. And handed me a flyer. The flyer was for COVID testing not boosters. Solid strong work all around.

Just go somewhere else the employees are clueless. And literally every time I have gone items are missed tagged and they won't price adjust it for you for their mistake.

Beware of being charged for things you don't receive or even order! I picked up my prescriptions yesterday and when I got home I looked at my receipt and they charged me $2.99 to flavor my prescription. Since my prescriptions were pills I knew they definitely weren't flavored. I called and was told it was charged by accident and I had to go back for a refund. When I went back today for my refund the lady was rude and asked if I had spoken to anyone about it and I told her yes. She took my receipt and said I'd have to wait for the pharmacist to come back from the floor. When she came to the window she wanted the receipt, which her employee had. She did not apologize that I was charged for something I didn't ask for or get or that I had to return. I told her I wasn't happy about the way the employee's there didn't say hello, smile or even acknowledge that you were there by even looking your way and all she said back was "it's hard to smile with a mask on!" I will be looking for a new pharmacy!

Meh. There's been times I've gone through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions and there's this one pharmacy tech that's always in a bad mood. Wouldn't bother me so much, but she's also bad at her job. Has been hateful because she says she can't hear me which means I basically have to yell. On top of that she just seems like she hates her job and/or life. She shouldn't take it out on others.

My wife and I went into this location on Sunday to pick up a few things. We saw only 2 employees who both looked overworked and tired and neither had a mask and no sanitizer anywhere. The store just felt dirty which made us quick to get our stuff and get out. Got to the register and my wife asked if she should bag our items. The cashier sighed and picked up a pair of surgical gloves laying on the counter and bagged our purchase. Have been shopping here for the last 6 years. Never seen the place like this. Not good, not good at all and will not be back.

Sales at this location are great however, their pharmacy is sort of a s*** show. Very unorganized and seems everyone is in a crappy mood! There was one pharmacy lady that went above and beyond...ms. Cynthia...she was great!!!

The pharmacy manager, Julie Griffin, is NASTY! When asking simple questions she yelled and cussed me out. The when she thought I was out of earshot she started talking s*** about me. How is she a manager? I would avoid at all costs!!!
