Worst pharmacy ever. Take your business somewhere else. Any where else. Do not expect to get prescriptions in a timely fashion. On hold forever, nobody ever came back. And when I re called the lady acted like she had no idea who I was. I won't name nMes because that is petty, and this is business fault who obviously can't manage their stores.

If I could give zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I've never been so compelled to write a raw review until today. I absolutely h@te this location. I LOATHE ENTIRELY this location. As of this writing they have Bonnie, a ginger-headed RATCHET attitude of a tech, and a manager with no cajones to address the yet another arrogant employee who NO ONE checks. My son's Rx got sent off to another location without any explanation or request by us or his doctors or ANY communication instigated by Walgreens. Field technician on a call I made to track it down kept saying "You can just go to the Smoky Hill location and they will fill it for you.", without any initiation or request by HIM to do it. I called back, second field technician says "no that's not true" and initiates transfer electronically. I get the Walgreens app notification AND email saying it was ready at this [sorry excuse of a pharmacy] location, husband goes to pick it up, Bonnie apparently tells my husband that it's not there and "we" have to call our insurance to find out the details. Understandably, my husband is upset, gets upset, let's her know it and leaves. (This is the FOURTH time we've had this circus experience with Walgreens since the beginning of this year). Bonnie calls me to say they have the Rx, but THEN has the audacity to complain to me that my husband was rude to her, kept cutting me off and hung up on me. You better believe I dropped everything and I got my @ss in the car and immediately drove right to this location, demanded to speak to the MOD because by now I had it with this BS. We march back to the pharmacy, I let the staff know she owes me an apology, to which the manager refused my request. Bonnie's entire attitude, extreme unprofessionalism, acting like gatekeeper to the meds, and trust me I want to swear up down left right, utilize all the profanity words on this review! This is the same location a while back whose employee was bashing my son's doctor from Children's Hospital because of a billing code and had the audacity to b!tch and complain LOUDLY that it was Children's Hospital's fault when 3 nurses were desperately trying to reach THIS Walgreens location for DAYS being on hold for over 45 MINUTES and no one answer their PHONES. And TRUST me, I've had 3 nurses tell me how frustrated they are to have to reach them! Utterly unprofessional, NO ONE needs them to give attitude to ANY customer for a system that is NOT WORKING. And MOD today? Laughable problem solving skills, nothing but appeasement to an arrogant employee!! Incompetent staff, ZERO customer service skills! And you better believe I already called Walgreens corporate to start a customer service ticket on all of this. It takes a LOT to get me this angry, and Walgreens did it!!

Times to access the pharmacy are insane. Even when you go in during a slow period, you'll still wait upwards of 45 minutes (and that's a conservative estimate).I finally got to the counter and they had an issue with my insurance - and told me to get it filled somewhere else, per the insurance instructions. It took me asking the right questions to find out they simply had my insurance wrong...they were going to send me elsewhere without providing ANY solutions to a mistake they themselves made.Prescriptions are often filled much later than promised and the automated reminders are worthless. You can never find what you need in the store, and asking doesn't seem to help. No one knows where anything is.Everything is also way overpriced. I'm talking candy and snacks and other non-pharmaceutical items. This place is close to me, but absolutely not convenient in any other way.

Never had a good experience at this Walgreens. I tried getting a prescription filled over here. It took them 4 days to see if it was covered by my insurance. When I then called and asked they said that they were out of what I was filling and they were waiting for a shipment. My main issue with this is that it (supposedly) took them 4 days to see if my insurance covers something. I work at a dental office. Verifying insurance takes less than 10 minutes, unless you have to call. But i have Medicaid, and Medicaid has an online portal. I should have never been more than a day, and even then that's a lot. But the last time i was here was most memorable. The lady checking me out was in a completely different world. She was slurring and could barely talk or figure out how to scan items. She didn't scan 3 of my items, and i tried to be honest and let her know so she could scan it, but she couldn't even function enough to do it and ended up still not scanning them. It was honestly really sad to see, as she was definitely on something.

I tried to switch my prescriptions over to this Walgreens since it was the closest one to my house. I called to get some information about what steps I needed to take, but after waiting on hold for over an hour two separate times I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible store. I got two Covid tests done here and the first time they said "it wasn't sent to the external facility" then got it done one more time and haven't heard anything from them for 2 weeks. If you are looking to get a Covid test so you can go back to your job do not go to this place because they won't give you results and you are going to waste 1-2 hours in the store because they are somehow always short staffed and won't even get anything from them but horrible attitude.

Never fails when I call the pharmacy I'm waiting on hold for hours. Was told by the automated that there were only 2 callers ahead of me, then one and now none but still on hold going on 1 1/2 hours of waiting.

I waited 1.5 hours for a flu shot today at the Smokey Hill Walgreens. I had made an appointment online, checked in and waited... after an hour I checked and was told I was checked in. When everyone else was gone I checked in a third time and was told they were sorry the computer made a mistake. Surly there is another way to assure clients are seen on time and in the correct order. Shoutout to Ding. I needed help printing a photo and she was kind enough to help me through the process. She is a lovely lady. She is so patient, you are so lucky to have an employee of her caliber. Thank you, Ding!

This pharmacy is way understaffed and it's not the workers fault. They need help. A lot of it. They are so exhausted. So don't come for the workers. They do their best. They just can't seem to find the time to answer phone calls because they are so understaffed. It has been this way since I started going here in Oct 2021. If you call you will be on hold for 20 min to an hour before they will purposely hang up on you. That's what happens when staff is under paid and under staffed and demoralized. Please give this staff paid time off, a better electronic system, a raise and staff them better, PLEASE. Walgreens system is so awful. My prescriptions are always getting delayed or never received. Some people have life saving meds that get delayed and not filled. This is playing with our lives. Please do better walgreens. It's awful how you treat the staff. If you pay better maybe you would get more workers. I am literally contagious (not covid) and can barely can get out of bed and they are not answering today. Again. I am in so much pain but to get answers that the phone service can't answer I have to show up in person with my toddler.

I have been trying to call this walgreens but they never answer the phone I get down to next caller the nothing this just started in the last month. I always need to call as they don't always have my medication in stock. Today I stopped by and found that they only had 2 people working in the pharmacy vs the 5 that usually were there. Since they seem to be short of help I will help the store out by taking my business elsewhere. I suggest if you have a prescription here, help them out and change pharmacies.

The people at this store are literally so rude. Only the pharmacy workers everyone else is fine. I'm not sure why they choose to come to work everyday and have the worst attitudes. Sorry people need their medicine f****** weirdos. Ya they suck and don't even try to call because somehow they're always busy. You think you could be nice to the customers and then maybe everyone wouldn't hate you

Wife was in an accident and had major dental surgery which took 3 hours. Went to this store with a prescription for pain meds at 5:30. The pharmacist coldly refused us because he was closing at 6:00. He did not offer even a partial fill even though he could see the stitches on my wife's face. She suffered unnecessarily as a result of the pharmacist's giving zero f__ks. Shame on Walgreens and shame on that pharmacist.

Everyone there is rude and unprofessional. I schedule my Covid shot weeks in advance with an appointment to show up and they didn't have a pharmacy tech there. I wasn't the only one. The staff was rude and gave me a fake number to a manager. Do not go here. No one works so they obviously don't need a job.
