I strongly advise against using the services at this location. My experience with them was deeply disappointing and costly. They took advantage of three teenagers on their first road trip, claiming that they could replace the compressor for the broken A/C. However, they did not have the expertise to do this and reinstalled the serpentine belt incorrectly during the process.
As a result, the belt broke just 30 minutes after the repair, causing severe damage to the engine and ultimately totaling the car. Despite their clear mistake, Jiffy Lube has refused to take responsibility or offer any remediation. The kids were left stranded over 1,000 miles from home without a car and we are now out thousands of dollars.
This experience has been both frustrating and financially devastating. I urge others to avoid this establishment at ALL costs!
