“I've actually not been here enough to know how this Post Office runs!! I'm just used to the one that's located by the fishing hall/games and liquor store Etc. I don't think this is the correct one though. That one has the two absolutely wonderful women who've been holding it down for what feels like centuries now!! “This post office is efficient and the staff hardworking. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit. Even when the line gets long, staff works diligently to get people out quickly. I cannot say enough good thing about the staff member Kenny, he helped me with my passport paperwork. Not only is he funny and charming, he’s proficient and professional.”
“I've lived in Palisade for 7 years, and the postal workers have always been friendly and helpful. They taught me to use the 9-digit zip code on orders that don't allow a PO box address, and it's worked like a charm. Sometimes letters come addressed to my physical address, and they get to my PO box even still. While I have to clarify with services who ask for my address if they want my physical address or my mailing address, that is true for anyone who has a PO box.”
“This is where you pick up live animals. There is public access but it's hard to find and you have to ignore the "no unauthorized access" signs to get there. Enter the parking lot from the east side of the building from 25 1/2 Rd and go straight towards the building. The sign that says BULK MAIL is what you're looking for. There is a small amount of parking - look for the small blue sign labeled "bulk mail customer parking". Use the door on the left to enter. This is NOT a regular post office, but a place to pick up packages and drop off bulk mail. They were very nice about getting my birds to me.”
