Hands down the most friendly, well tailored service I have experienced at a post office. I feel like I always come in with some odd art project to ship. Andre goes out of his way to make sure my art is safely packaged on top of unparalleled customer service. The peace of mind I get for knowing my work is safe means the absolute world to me. I won’t go anywhere else :)

I sometimes ship 50 packages in a day, all prepackaged and prelabeled. When I bring my packages into this branch, I ALWAYS get some kind of grumbling, or rudeness from the shorter older lady who works there. I recently had a package go missing, so i started requesting my packages be scanned in, and be given a receipt when i bring in my packages. The guy who works there told me he would not give me a receipt because i had too many packages. I told him that he would need to provide a receipt since packages were going missing, to which he eventually agreed. Its Frustrating that you can bring $700 worth of preprinted labels into their office that only need to be scanned and moved into a tote with wheels, only to be treated like you are the biggest inconvenience in the world. They have to be the laziest people i know. Its whatever though. I guess they can just be miserable.

Packages are constantly late and the drivers are a joke!! The stupid automated services that you have to call is an even bigger joke!!!!! It doesn't hear for at all and barley registers the pressed number. Usps in gj is the biggest joke in the world.

Costumer service is trash; several times our mail has been delivered to the wrong address. It is thanks to good neighbors that we get our packages because apparently doing your job correctly is not a requirement in this position. Today I called because I received and e-mails saying a package could not be delivered due to no one being able to sign it. I called post office explaining this to them and confused because there was no paper left in my mail box or door to sign and them have it drop it off. The lady tells me it is a scam I insist it isn't because part of my package was delivered; then she tells me to calm down. I get defensive and ask her to not speak to me that way and she replied well you are talking to fast I can't understand you. I explain that English is my SECOND language and I speak fast sometimes. To this she puts me on hold and transfers me to a man who first tells me well amazon means nothing to us. Then tells me we never leave notices on your door it's in your mailbox. I said I have neither and part of my package was delivered. Then he says that means it is coming out of the warehouse in Grand Junction so it should be there 12-12:30 pm ok? I said ok and he hung up probably with the excuse that I was hostile. Sorry, I have self respect and do not let people just dismiss me and treat me how they want. Lack of professionalism.

Andre and his manager do not respect or appreciate your business they are lazy bordering incompetent; I have found it is worth while to take your business elsewhere. So glad I don't have to see that ugly woman's scowl daily.

Customer service was great at the location, used click and ship and had to call customer service to walk me through a technical error and they were great too. I was wearing a necklace that broke and came back to the location and they had it kept safely behind the counter. I'm very grateful I was able to recover my necklace with no issues.
