Had a very good service from the crew that ran the cable on the pole, the crew that ran the cable to the house underground who were just great and worked around my yard being too muddy from the snow melting, wasn't home when they ran the equipment into the house and set everything up for the internet but my wife was and said they were very professional and if my wife is pleased with a service you have done a great job, when I got home and saw the set up it was perfect job and I'm picky, my contact person on the phone was also great making sure all my needs was taking care of, great company, very happy with the service and the internet that they provide

This company charges almost $120 a month for 50mbs of internet. I was overcharged by almost $400 one month, got disconnected, then reconnected, credited for the over charge then was removed from the special I was on due to them wrongfully disconnecting me and my price was raised to almost $150 a month. I will be switching to Starlink once I get my tax return as the Colorado City office will gaslight you and up your price without letting you know. If you can get a hold of a rep from Texas do so as they do everything they can to help and don't make you feel like you're unimportant.

Their systems are down more then they are up and running, and when the system is up and running its super slow. We are paying a arm an a leg for there internet and it doesn't work at all. Give your customers some compensation or update your system to something that actually works!!

Been mostly good, so far, but if you’re going to use federal grant money to lay infrastructure and capitalize off of it, you should be prepared to have 24/7 techs ready to guarantee QOS.The Internet is down after hours, and my option is “leave a message” with a note that “all services are functioning”, ridiculous.1) that’s a lie functioning for tier 1 support. 2) as a tech company you should have a portal with real-time answers and be accountable. At the very minimum an email should have gone out.Better watch out. Actual professionals would love to boot you and take that infrastructure, with better standards and practices. You are squandering something great, in my opinion. After this experience, it feels like a cash cow.

Rye telephone is a joke, and running a monopoly here in Colorado City.! If you need a technician to come by your house they will schedule you an appointment, then they will call you 5 more times to reschedule the appointment for another day!??if There Was Two Things I Can Change About RTC It would Be Better Service and Better Pricing They Probably Should Re Evaluate Because I Constantly See Someone Complaining About There Services On FaceBook, not only that on google there rating is 2/5 stars????????Come On Step It Up RTC

Fiber to the house is awesome. I am living in a semi-rural area and I have better internet than anywhere I have lived before including big cities. My last house had 5mb on a good day. The connection is not 100% reliable as there are some mornings that I have to power cycle their equipment (fiber box) but then it is back to superb. Might be frustrating at times for someone without any tech knowledge, but it is a fine trade off for me. My internet speeds are not always as advertised but variations are normal with any ISP. Really it is unimaginable to me to have such good internet where I live. The investment in fiber infrastructure should pay off for decades. Support has been pretty good, but not perfect. Considering how they are working with the resources of a rural internet and phone company I am impressed.

Fiber to the home and we love in the trees. Need I say more?! Beats the pants off of Big Cable and others in Pueblo. Live rural but live connected!

Internet has gone out a few dozen times in the last 24 hours. Paying $50 a month for 5mb internet, 20x slower than other ISPs at the same price, rarely get 3mbps. Even though we dont use our landline anymore they claim they can't provide internet or TV without an active phone line. This place is a monopoly, absolutely terrible company.Edit February 2020, they now allow you to drop your landline and still have internet. Dropped the phone line and upgraded internet to 25mb/s with digital TV package, bill is $20 more than it was and my internet is currently running at 1.6mb/s. This place cannot go out of business fast enough.
