“I wanted to check out a bike I am planning on ordering online - Stephen showed me the model I wanted and some other comparable options. He explained differences in frame architecture and suspension components, showed me how to adjust compression on the suspension, and stood outside in really cold temps while I test rode bikes. He helped me decide on a bike that I won't outgrow that fits my riding style and is still within my price range.I brought in a bike for service and Joe in the repair shop ran over each component of my bike in front of me. He offered multiple options for service and options for replacement parts. The cost was less than I'd expected, and the service would be completed sooner than I expected as well.Brian at the front desk checked on some pending orders for me and fully broke down the differences between multiple bikes for me. He offered knowledgeable facts, opinions, and personal preferences about the differences between SRAM and Shimano gear sets. He gave me great perspective on buying cheaper components and upgrading later, versus buying more expensive hardware now - things I hadn't considered. The shop is clean, has a great selection of bikes and related accessories - some beautiful well-cared for plants as well!I got more information than I expected from friendly guys who were fully honest about financing options, the shortcomings of the cheaper alternatives, upgrade paths - and everyone clearly has a passion for riding. I left feeling confident in what I learned and about the bike I wanted. They answered every question I had and more - glad I made the decision to stop in!”
