“This was my third visit to Bicycle Experience and each time the staff have welcomed me in and took care of my maintenance issues. I came in to get a wheel trued recently and they had me in and out. The staff are always helpful and honest on what repairs may or may not be needed. I’ve always had a great experience here and highly recommend them for your cycling needs. Plus getting greeted by the world famous Carl is the best part.”

“I have an SRM power meter mounted on a pair of Rotor 3D Cranks. Recently Rotor replaced the crankset under a warranty issue and I needed to get the SRM power meter hardware transferred to the new cranks. I was in Denver on business with my bike, so I called SRM and talked to Rachel Cole, who arranged for me to come down and have the conversion made while I was in town. Travis the tech guru took care of the conversion while Rachel gave me a tour of the facility which has a really cool collection of bikes and hardware that chronicles the history of the company. A great company! Travis and Rachel were spectacular along with the rest of the staff who really took care of me. SRM makes a great product backed by great people. 1000 stars!”
