Jeanie is an absolute saint, always shoots me straight, explains my options moving forward in any scenario, and takes the time to hear and understand where I'm trying to get and then puts her energy into helping me get there, instead of pushing any products or methodologies on me that aren't in my best interest. I can't rate her and my experiences with her highly enough, and the rest of the Dublin branch have always been friendly and helpful as well.

“I am so grateful to be banking here. In contrast to a traditional bank, I always reach a real person when I call. I agree with another reviewer who said they are like family. I recently was a victim of debit card fraud and they walked me through the process of recovery. They were my credit union as I raised my daughters as a single parent, when finances were tight. They never judged. I truly appreciate a business that answers its phone rather than sending to a automated menu.”

“I had a technical issue on my digital login. PLEASE PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION, I had a nice chat with Blane and he was able to walk me through each access point. I found out the issue was my Google account was automatically using my username with asterisks (co****) INSTEAD of my actual username name. So I had to MANUALLY enter my name and DISMISS google’s saved asterisk username. I understood quickly that the issue was me NOT PAYING STRICT ATTENTION and therefore was confusing my service members in the phone. Instead of reacting, I had to PAY CLOSER ATTENTION to what I was doing. I received the credentials to login and I am not up to date on my account! Thank you ENT. This was all happening at the same time the company is switching to WINGS credit union AND they were experiencing technical difficulties! A job well done!”

“I was in here last week Thursday or Friday. The bank teller that was putting in a check for me told me about an issue with my title and APR. She gave me all the information and paperwork to give the dmv. Out of every time I called and been at the bank, no one told me about the issue thats been happening since 2022, no one except her. I am so thankful she actually cared and did me right by telling me and now I wont be overpaying anymore. Wonderful service and went above and beyond.
