“I showed up 15 minutes late and immediately informed the receptionist that I needed to re-schedule. She was delightful and asked me to sit tight while she went and asked if they would still see me. "Of course the doctor will see you". The Aid then came up and escorted me to the room. They both gave the impression that they were happy to be there and took pride in what they were doing.Mr. doctor engages with me like we are friends. He is always candid but precise. “I’ve had in person visits here, labs drawn, and a tele health appointment. I love Nicole Norris, she suggested a diagnosis I hadn’t considered and when I went to see a specialist in the field it turned out she was 100% correct. Without that nudge I would still be searching for answers. The facility is also clean. I took one star away due to the tele health appointment. I received a phone call from a receptionist stating my appointment would have to be rescheduled and I ended up having my appointment over the phone with a provider I hadn’t seen previously, who really wasn’t taking my concerns seriously.”

I can ask any questions, and she gives me an answer I can understand. If I need a referral or other tests, she makes it happen. She is just a great person to be part of my health care team.”
