I'm so glad I searched this place out! The bread, although a bit of a splurge, is amazingly delicious! I am excited to return and try more of their options.

Small but very good selection. The staff here are friendly. You can get the bread sliced at the store, which is a great perk. Definitely worth the visit!

Sourdough bread is to die for. I drive across town for this bread, it's worth it!
We are a local artisan bakery that specializes in sourdough breads specifically as well as yeasted breads. We use local and regionally sourced ingredients. We ferment our doughs for long periods of time in order to unlock the nutritional value of wheat so your body can utilize it as well as reduce the amount of gluten left over after baking and it also is better for pre-diabetics as the glycemic index is far lower on sourdough breads. We DO NOT USE CHEMICALS OR DOUGH CONDITIONERS in any of our products ever. We also do wholesale baking for many restaurants and businesses here in Colorado Springs.
