Horrible 7-11. They always over charge and then act like you are the crazy one for pointing it out.

I dont know what it is the the people that own the stores on 104th, but they are rude ,don't want you to use 7-11 points and they charged me for two bags of ice when I only asked for one. If they don't like the people of the United States then they should go back to where they came from

I was overcharged and when I tried to get it corrected the clerk just refused and pretended not to understand what I was saying. This has happened 3 other times at this store. This 7-11 is the worst. Just drive down 104th a little ways to Hwy 2 and there is another 7-11 at the corner.

Please save yourself! Check anything you buy from here. It's always stale and then it's moments like this. Had to go to the ER twice and called the health department.

Wish I could give them - stars. But omfg how can they hire people that do not know how to do simple math. My total was $19.38. I gave her $4.38 cash and wanted to put the remaining balance of $15.00 on my card. But she took my cash and only was taking $2.38 off total trying to charge my card for $17. She couldn’t understand simple math of $19.38-$4.38= $15.00 -$15.00=$0Then on another note. There a line of people and some guy was idk why but trying to hit on her. She sat there flirting with the guy while the line of customer waited. Super unprofessional. And this store wonders why the only have 2.6 star and declining. This store needs new employees fast or another owner. Both of you ask me.

The clerk charged me for two Marboro Red cigarettes packs fictitious. After I reviewed my receipt I noticed the clerk charged me. Told the clerk to check the cameras.An hour later they called back and said it was a mistake that the clerk forgot to clear the register. Fill refund coming.Check your receipts folks !!!!!

Accused of stealing when we payed? Dude didn't give any receipt and tried to grab my girlfriends drink out of her hand after we payed for it. Should be lucky that charges aren't pressed for harassment.
