If I could do a negative star rating I would. I have been trying to get my car fixed after they didn't do it correctly. I have been calling to get in but they "can't find" my information due to changing systems. But they have a person that can get in old system but can't reach them. I am driving a car that is unsafe. Receptionist has no idea what's going on and calls are never returned. I have been trying to get something figured out. Sent me for an alignment check, wth. And when I went the vendor said they are still waiting for payment.

Worst place to take your vehicle very unprofessional not educated bad customer service,They ladies in the office need more training...RED FLAG ALL OVER....I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE IM STILL WAITING FOR MINE TO GET DONE ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS..Worst decision I've made...?

My truck was returned after repairs for a sideswipe on the passenger side. The door is not flush and they left over spray all over the truck. The estimated delivery kept getting extended because only one technician could work on my truck. Overall I’m extremely disappointed. Use this shop at your own risk.Services: Painting

This location was very unprofessional and sound like she had no idea what her name was and made me fill uncomfortable.If you take your vehicle to this place you may get a little more than you bargained for with body work.

They don’t pay their vendors for the work they did. Apparently I’m not the only one. 5 months of trying to get paid has lead to nothing. The accounting department won’t respond to emails. Very sad.

Took almost 4 months for just a (seat cover for airbag) apparently due to covid but after 3 months I decided to actually start looking for parts myself and just in one hour of searching I actually found two of them ( one hour) then took almost a whole month to get the part ordered and delivered finally when I got my car it had scratches! Dents!!!..... theirs more damage but didn’t get thoseServices: Tires

Our vehicle was in an accident in 10/2021. We chose this shop based on a prior experience with their other location in Northglenn. When we started the process our customer service was top notch. When the manager that we were working with left, service went down hill quickly. Parts that were on our truck that had to be taken off to be painted were just thrown into a box in the bed of the truck, new parts were ordered incorrectly. Work that was billed to the insurance and paid by the insurance was not done, and when we asked about why parts that were paid to be replaced weren't we were told it was fine and that it has a warranty if leaking occurs. When the incorrect parts were then put on the truck, and having issues we took our truck to a different shop that they referred us to, the new shop was told things are fine and they are not correcting their mistake. I would not use KAIZEN if they were the last shop on the planet! Their office manager is unknowledgeable, and the shop manager is under trained. The whole set up has very poor communication and customer service.

Terrible receptionistShe is very disorganized. I came in and she got me to sign the wrong paperwork, didn't ask for payment when I picked up my vehicle because I went through insurance, called me a month later FURIOUS at me for not completing a payment I never got asked for during the time of pick up. Never received an email to complete payment -- nothing yet she was furious at me. When I dropped off my car I asked if I could continue to drive my car until the car parts came in, she said yes no problem. Turns out I had to leave my car there overnight for them to fill out paperwork on it. She wasted my time because now I had to drive back to the repair shop. She does not know basic information on how the insurance/car process works. No clue how she still has a job at this shop. Terrible customer service.Lastly, I picked up my car and the check engine light turned on two days after I got it back. It never came on before. The shop claimed it had nothing to do with them repairing the vehicle. Sounds sus if you asked me.

Brought our vehicle here for repairs after an accident damaging the front end of our vehicle. They “replaced” our bumper with one that is not the same color and is continuing to come unattached. I have called/emailed, my husband has gone there to address the issues and we have not heard from them. There was one manager at the time of repairs then another shortly there after. I am almost to the point where I will have to get a lawyer involved to get any attention from this company to do what’s right. We entrusted them with the task and they failed.Service: Body & Trim

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CALIBER COLLISION OR ADVANCE CARSTAR. AVOID THIS SHOP. Took my 2012 Infiniti G37x here cause it got hit on the driver side front. It started off good then just got worse. Had a week longer than planned. Kept getting the "tomorrow you can pick it up" When i picked it up no one came out to talk to me about what was done. The hood doesn't sit flush on the passenger side. The front bumper isnt put on properly. Its off a little too much and cause it to sit improperly around the head lamps due to the fact they didn't put clips in properly or none at all. They didn't color match the paint to the actual color instead they just went with the original color and its a different shade. I have to take it to another shop to get it fixed the RIGHT way. A Good Shop could use some sort of quality control maybe it will be a good shop then.Services: Painting
