Excellent service, people. Handy location for Reunion. Prices a bit higher than the big boxes but it's worth it. Jim sharpened my mower blade as I waited on a busy Sunday then helped me find a special bolt.

I ordered a few things online and had to switch up a few items to make sure everything was in stock and available to pick up in 15 minutes. Went to the store 45 minutes later and nothing was in stock. Now it has been three days and I’m still waiting For my items to arrive and the worst part is when I get on their site it still says those items are available for pick up in 15 minutes.

I want to shop local, I really do, but when your prices are 50% to 100% higher than Home Depot or Amazon I’m sorry I just can’t justify that.
Examples:
40lb ice melt: $18 at ACE, $10 at Home Depot
Bona floor polish: $23 at ACE, $19 at Home Depot

Great location! Everyone is very polite courteous and helpful! Vince, Sean, Ethin and the others are always very helpful! I have also had a lot of window screens repaired here. Great turn around time!

New management and staff impeccable. Always there to help whenever you need it. Yeah, the prices may be a little bit higher, but that's what we pay for convenience. I can't complain. They usually got everything I need in the pinch. Thank you, Brian and team.

I like this store, they clearly prioritize customer service, tho it feels a little lopsided. If I stop, it's probably in the morning and the random helpers standing around vs # of cashiers is probably 5 to 1. It's not a large store and two checkers feels better than 1. Having only 1 checker makes the place feel lonely, and you automatically feel for whatever kid is posted there.....The ending interaction is important and an unenthused teen leaves one lacking....

Use to like ace last two times dealing with store called to see if they had bar b q sauce I wanted told me to come check myself also line on a sat 9 deep 1 reg open people walking around coustermer service gone !!!
