Update 11/3/2023: I have yet to receive communication from Amerigas based on their statement below. Evidence of not caring about their customers and essentially continue to send you down a path that wastes your time. DO NOT SIGN UP with this below average organization. Poor customer service is their operational strategy. As opposed to continuing to send me to a bogus email with no response, I recommend calling directly and providing a solution. Your organization continues to demonstrate poor customer service.BE AWARE!! Amerigas does not provide customer service. They do not care about your needs as a customer and will provide no service. They route you to a call center in India. The call center employees speak broken English and transfer you to multiple departments with no solution due to their excuse of that is handled by someone else.Poorly run company. Will leave their equipment on your property and not respond to pick it up. They have a call center in India that will not help get things taken care of.Update after receiving the response from Amerigas. Still no solution or communication from the team per their response earlier. I have filed a formal complaint with the State of Colorado Oil and Gas Commission under the Dept of Energy due to dereliction of duty.

Refilling my propane tank shouldn't be a long drawn out chore. With the increasing tank rental fees, et cetera, why bother with them? You can no longer speak to anyone at Amerigas, *Everything goes through a call center thats very loud and hard to understand. If wanted to have a sarcastic and snarky conversation with someone I would simply call my teenage daughter. I refill my propane once a year and. This experience has been very disappointing.

I have used this company recently this year for our propane needs and the customer service has been terrible when it comes to billing. They usually transfer you to a call center that you can't even understand their English, it must be a call center from another country. I have been trying to fix my issue for 3 months already and still no solution. They keep telling me to call in 3 days. I am tired of dealing with them and if I could I would give them zero stars and recommend people not to use them. It will be our last time using this company due to the lack of customer service and make you waste lots of time to get one small item resolved.

How does this company stay in business??? I too would give Amerigas zero stars if I could. I live in Woodland Park. I put in 4 requests regarding delivery and account issues on Amerigas site "contact us". Absolutely no response. I called today because I am receiving conflicting information on delivery date. Phone message today, call Amerigas and told delivery next week. I can log in to my Amerigas online, but despite being a customer for 10 months with 4 deliveries, being able to access site several times over the last 10 months, site is stuck on setting up new service. I called 3 weeks ago regarding website issues, after 45 minutes on the phone I was told they would take care of it on their end. It remains unchanged. I waited on hold today for 12 minutes, then survey came on and disconnected. Had to call 3 times today to actually get to talk to person in efforts to get accurate delivery date. Then told that I am a "valuable customer" - NOT. Amerigas neglects customer at every opportunity to do so.

AmeriGas is easy to work with. They always deliver when promised.

They charge for services not even used and we've experienced this multiple times. I'm over it and if it keeps happening there's going to be a lawsuit. We just got a $200 charge and haven't even used their services for over a year or even lived in that residence. Their customer service people barely speak English, pretty interesting for a company called Amerigas. Literally the worst company my wife and I have used or dealt with.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a house with no propane and so no heat in February in Colorado. Amerigas told me they could get out on or before 2/23/23 to deliver a new tank and propane (that was two weeks from when I called but seemed the best I could get). The week before I called to confirm the delivery date. I spoke with a supervisor who confirmed that they would deliver on 2/23. Then when they didn't call on 2/22 to give me a delivery window I spoke to the same supervisor. She said she would look into it. On 2/24 she emailed me to say they didn't have any technicians and couldn't do a delivery at all. Why didn't they just say that originally when they scheduled me or on 2/15 when I called to confirm? Each time I called it took me at least 30 minutes (sometimes over an hour)to get to someone who could help me. I've been without heat or propane for two weeks and now I have to start all over with another company. I wouldn't trust anything that they say.

Although the techs were friendly and courteous, they arrived a day early and with no notice, and had no idea why they went sent out. The lack of communication within Amerigas is astonishing, and overall your customer service could use vast improvements.

To date I have called customer service 8+ times over the span of 5 months attempting to get them to pickup their Propane Tank. Amerigas told me on no less than 4 occasions I had a service appointment scheduled and never followed up, notified me of changes in schedule and the tank still sits. Account was cancled in July, final billing compelted in August and now its February... Still waiting...
