This place is racist. I stood in front of the counter for half of my lunch break while 4 other employees walked around, helped other (Hispanic/Latino) customers, used their phones. No one person asked me for any help, guess I'll go to Advance Auto Parts. Right after I contact Autozone Customer Support.

I had a good experience at this place and I wanted to return something and my card that I used to do that had expired so I got a new card and I thought that I couldn't return it. But the manager was very helpful and uh, the staff was very knowledgeable. And they actually returned my items without having the correct card on file. I would absolutely come back to this place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again, autozone.

Nice and polite employees. I came for a a Free battery and alternator. I just arrive to the store and immediately even they have another customers. The only one available came and make the testing no more to 10 min.
