Honestly, I think this is homeless shelter not a banking center. It's the only BOA near me and I never want to go in there because of it. I think its time to start looking for a new bank near me that does not smell like urine, and littered with trash.

There is no supervision here. Homeless people live here. You can not use private rooms because homeless people are inside. Not safe. Bank of america should deal with the situation or close it permanently.

Locality full of homeless people, apparently they live there, very bad smell. Very dangerous for a woman to go and withdraw money alone. I plan to close the account with Bank of America if they do not resolve this situation.

Does not accept cash deposits.There is no teller, just ATMS. The side rooms were trashed with garbage and food.

Unable to gain access to inside of location due to NFC device reader and card reader not operating properly will not allow anybody access into the location for over a week
