There were some difficulties with scheduling due to part availability and some slight hiccups in communication, but they did a great job of turning my vehicle around quickly and were excellent when I had additional concerns.

They keep your vehicle in an uncovered parking lot then claim it’s not their responsibility if there is hail damage to your vehicle. If you care about preventing hail damage, DON’T bring your vehicle here!!!
Also, my vehicle was returned to me with damage to one of the rear lights, which would’ve gone unnoticed by the team at caliber collision had I not said something.

Had my car dropped off for repairs after being rear-ended. Brought it to Roger’s attention that beyond the cosmetic damage to both bumpers there was also 3 issues that had started in conjunction with the accident. My front driver side tire started making a clicking noise when I turn, my car started lurching and jumping when I would brake, and the AC stopped working. Roger heard my concerns and wrote them down, but those notes were conveniently missing from his inspection papers when I picked up. He insisted I had never said a work about those issues, and that they would not do another assessment, and that it was up to me to pay for those repairs separately. Roger also informed me that my front passenger window was no longer working, which was odd considering it was fine when I dropped off the car. He refused to take responsibility and fix the window, saying it was my job to take care of it. I am very upset with Roger’s dishonesty and willingness to promise repairs he fully intended to lie about later.

Caliber did a great job replacing the rear bumper. They were courteous and professional to work with and finished my car more quickly than initially anticipated. This was an insurance claim, so we did not pay anything out of pocket.

They were very communicative throughout the repair process. My vehicle was repaired quicker than expected and super clean when I picked it up. It took. Caliber is very busy, so it took some extra time to get an appointment to bring my car in but it was well worth it

Had a great experience with Caliber. I was moved to this location because they are EV certified. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and all the staff went above and beyond and were very kind and helpful. Hopefully I don't need car repairs again anytime soon but I would happily return to this location if needed.

The staff here are top notch, very friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date regularly on the status of my car. My car looks like it was never in an accident! It was delivered to me one day late after they discovered a problem with the alignment. This didn't bother me as I was happy to have it fixed right.Service: Body & Trim
