Be careful as to which location you go to The location on 104th and Colorado the brushes run for too quickly and tend to tear off wiper blades and rear wipers. They really need to slow those down a bit. And you're lucky if you find a vacuum that actually isn't plugged

Great car wash. The young man helping run credit cards was truly kind. Please recognize him. So was the front end sprayer person. Car turned out great.

I washed my car it was still dirty I came back for a rewash the “lead super visor” then started a confrontation that I had a video of and would love to share.
If the actual owner would contact me, your employee would not allow me to leave the car wash, I had to ask customers to move when he refused to let me out. I had an 11 year old in the car. Shocking behavior

Experience was great, Jona seemed very pleasant to work with. I did have to go back again for a car wash because their machine was not working properly and left the right side of my vehicle still dirty.

Came through and the person directing me into the car wash wasn’t even at an angle to see if I was on the tracks. My car then wasn’t moving after I was told to put it in neutral because I wasn’t even on the tracks correctly. The worker was no help. Then to only get to the end of the car wash my car completely stopped on the tracks and I had to drive out on my own. Canceling my membership because it’s not even worth it to damage my car from an incompetent worker.

I have the middle tier membership and am extremely satisfied. This location is in my top three as the customer service is top notch, vacuum area is always stocked with folded, clean towels and there's never been a wait when I go with plenty of open vacuum bays.

As I arrived what's the point of using touch screens when the attendant does it for you. I advised him I've been here before and I know which one I'm going to purchase but he selected a different wash that I did not want to purchase and then he was assuming a payment method.
