We had three cars loan with them. Best rate found anywhere. Came to a dealership with my approval and they were shock in these high interest time. Phone call for service can be difficult to get through but leave a message.

This is the WORST credit union to deal with. They will charge you for transferring money from your own checking account to your own savings account! Absolutely nonsense! I’m closing all of my accounts and will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend using this credit union.Reply: Just so I’m crystal clear - what I’m hearing is that to encourage savings, the bank is going to take my money? This is absolutely nonsense! First, the interest rate you offer on a basic savings account does NOT keep up with inflation. Anyone who’s using a basic savings account for long term savings is going to lose money. So this is very flawed on its face. I keep my actual ‘savings’ in my 401k and IRA’s. The money in my savings account with you is liquid cash that I keep on hand for anything I want. Lastly, even though your practice of changing people for transferring money from account to account may be legal from a regulation standpoint, however, it begs the question - just because you can do something, should you? Personally, this feels like greedy capitalism at its best.

I have a car loan through this place, which must be the only way they can get business. The rate is good, but at what cost! Their online banking is antiquated, hard to navigate, and basically incompatible with any 3rd party accounting software (i.e., Quicken). I had to drive 3 hours round trip to go in person to initiate the account because they apparently have such rampant fraud that they can't operate in a modern banking environment. The cherry on top is that I set up an auto payment for the loan, which then randomly changed itself to an amount less than half of the payment due, resulting in my account showing as past due. And ZERO NOTIFICATION! If i hadn't looked, I wouldn't have known there was a problem until. I tried calling and of course no one is answering the phone. As soon as I can find an acceptable rate elsewhere, I am sprinting away from this place.The second star is only because the staff I met with when I had to make the trek there was friendly and helpful.

They would let an elderly woman who has been a customer of theres for over 20 years sit in the dark and have no power at her home because they claim they can not reverse fradulent charges. Amazon even wrote them a letter stating the charges were fraud. As a fdic insured comapny claims they.CAN NOT REVERSE THE CHARGES BECAUSE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE charge HOW COME THERE FRUAD DEPARTMENT DIDNT CATCH THIS? THEY are going to leave an elderly woman in the cold because they refuse to do there job and are to lazy to do there joB WE ALL KNOW THE CHARGES CAN BE REVERSED .

I've been a member with this credit union for over 20 years and I have never had any issues with them. The staff is like family, they're helpful, reliable and kind. They always look for ways to get me the best deals on loans and find ways to save me money. This institution gives back to their community, more than any place I know. I feel like the staff has mine and the communities backs when it comes to banking. I'd recommend banking here to anyone.In reading some other reviews, it seems like others have had problems with fees, loans etc. Most, if not all of these "problems" easily could have been avoided had the members read the account / loan documents given with any new account that's opened.

Used the drive thru, kinda located in a rather odd place (the back of the building) not at all marked, it's possible to drive right by the entrance, some signage could be cool. ?

Don't use this place they charge $5 fee to withdraw your own money out of your own savings .too many Bad reviews .someone needs to report this place to BBB ????????

They charge you for overdraft of the card, in a purchase they took $30 dollars from my credit card, they had not mentioned that to me before Apart from that they cloned my card and a charge of $59 dollars came out at a gas station that I had never been to and the bank was not responsible. I do not recommend this bank at all, take care of your money

Too many horrible experiences to list since my former credit union merged with them. I’d rather sit at the DMV for 8 hours than bank with Community Choice again.
