Paid for 10$ in gas and couldn't get the pump to work. Go in and ask for my money back and they tell me someone pumped the gas. I ask how could they pump the gas on my pump with my car there and me standing right there? They tell me they cannot give me my 10$ in gas or refund me I'm basically just sol and can call their 800 number which goes no where. Agnes is who unprofessionally handled it in the store. Can't give people the product they paid for or a refund when they want to go somewhere with functional pumps. Absolute joke of a way to run a business. It's not the 10$ it's the principal of it

I picked up a gig on “shift smart” and when I got to the store to clock in the manager was very rude she right away did not want me to work she was saying my shift smart does not go through and she didn’t even look into it just automatically said it’s not gonna work. I came in professional and friendly there was no reason for her to have such a nasty attitude! Literally made me cry because of how impolite she was. I even said “okay well thank you anyway” and she walked off all mad. Managers should not act like that very bad for business!!!! God don’t like ugly 💯

Having products on the shelf that expired over a year ago is absolutely hilarious. Check dates before you buy, because they sure don't. Purchased 9/12/2024

I work at night and finding a restroom can be a challenge. Was told it would take them 30 minutes to clean the women's restroom and as I was about to pee my pants I asked of I could use the men's instead, the lady cleaning acted like I was out of my mind and yelled no at me. Thanks a lot circle k!

Gas pumps make you enter a pin for tap pay. That defeats the purpose of tap pay.

I walked in having forgotten why this place is the reason I don't frequent Circle K. Cashiers here make 7-11 employees look good. Nothing like having a line of people that aren't using your barely functional self checkout, but the Customer Service Associates are the laziest I've encountered in decades. When did Circle K stop training the CSAs to no longer provide customer service? Please tell me when it became acceptable to have the associate just stand there like a moron, telling people who already said no that the self checkout is open, instead of opening another register to cash them out? Because my 20 years of retail experience says that's bad customer service.

Check your receipts before leaving to make sure you don't get charged for items not purchased. Overpriced. Rude attendants working. Every night the store gets shutdown for over an hour and the pumps don't work during. Nothings going to change. Obviously management doesn't give a dam about customers.

Went there a little after midnight on Friday morning and was greeted with a sign that said closed end of day paperwork will reopen as soon as finished thank you I stood there for half hour the clerk then knocked on the door and told me it would be at least another half hour meanwhile the whole time they were closed that I was standing there watched several people drive in to get gas but they couldn't go in the store to prepay for their gas and other people that walked up walked away I finally walked away unable to get what I needed to get that I can only get at that store and had to settle for a whole lot less of something else at 7-Eleven but said Circle K decides to be closed when they should be open and they also charge taxes on money you save when you use a coupon or their app that I only noticed because I used their app to save money on food items that I got with food stamps and after I paid for it still owed real money because they charge taxes on the money saved so again they charge taxes on money saved when you use a discount on their app or a coupon and they tend to be closed when they are not supposed to be. Go up the street a little ways to 7-Eleven because they are open when they're supposed to be open and they do not charge taxes for the money that you've saved by using a discount on their app or a coupon.
