FedEx is horrible shipping company. Stay away from them as much as possible if you expect a shipment to arrive on time.A package coming from Texas to Colorado arrived here in Colorado since the 2nd and today is the 8th and still hasn’t been delivered. I reach out to customer service several times and they keep hanging up on me. They won’t allow me to speak with a lead and keep giving false assurances of package delivery date and time.How can a package arrived at its final destination and sit there for almost a week and they keep telling me that the package has been delayed. They won’t even allow me to schedule for a pick up. What a horrible company!

Be careful! it is not a full service Fedex but drop-off only. Just a small note so you don't waste your time.

Staffs there are not able to answer any questions I had about the FedEx. They are only there to scan and accept your package, and that's it. I felt so frustrated and had to call FedEx support for inquiring information all the time. It was disappointing because it was the only FedEx that is near my home but it could not offer anything except dropping off package.

Missing PackageI’ve had a package missing and have been trying to get reimbursed for mishandling, wrong delivery, & having the wrong address/recipient signing for my package for almost 4 weeks now with no luck. Customer service is off-shored and they all have the same script. I still have no package and no refund - the company I ordered from is having the same issue with FedEx. I hope whoever got my package is enjoying it.The “investigation” consisted of them asking what my building looked like and confirmed it was delivered even though every building in my complex looks the exact same with big numbers differentiating them from each other on it. Avoid FedEx.

Lost my kids easter package. Delivered to the wrong address, even let someone who it wasn't addressed to sign for my package. Then, they wont even take accountability, or help me locate the package. Shame on fedex, and whoever the slimeball is that illegally took my package. I hope other carriers put you out of business.

Have a signature required delivery. Driver rang doorbell waited 10 seconds then applied the no one home sticker on the door and walked away after 37 seconds. Literally opened the door 20 seconds later and driver was in truck and pulled away. All on my Ring camera. Received 4 other signature required packages in the last week and all those drivers just left the package without ringing doorbell.
