Every time I come to this location I wait to be helped in the drive through for at least 5 minutes before hearing from anyone. Today I came sent my slip in and hit the call button to let them know how I wanted my cash they never answered and then just sent my cash out. I had to send my money back in and wait yet again another 5 minutes when it could have all been solved in the first 7 minutes I waited. This only on a 30 minute break. Don’t come here if you dont have time to waste waiting!

Ambrocio the manager is very helpful and friendly. Everyone greets us and treats us kindly. Recommend this bank.

Angelica the manager was beyond rude this morning. We had issues with our account, she seemed extremely annoyed when she got on the phone call with us. Didn’t answer any of the questions that we asked her remained silent. Didn’t set up our account correctly. Referred me to online banking and hung up. Not the kind of customer service I would expect from a manager. We couldn’t use our debit card because she set it up wrong I called the bank over and over none of the bankers are ever available to help you they push you over to telephone banking system that you have to wait 30 plus minutes to speak with someone. I don’t like going into the branch they are rude, look bored and I’ve heard them talking horrible about other customers. I’d say it’s time to bank elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Bankers there are so unprofessional, lack of knowledge and lazy! Took the banker over 40 mins to try to re-open my account. I first asked to open a Busniess account and asked her if they offered a service I needed for my business called EDI reporting and she just stared at me with a blank face. So I said ok let’s open a personal account first and I’ll come bank and ask for a business banker next time. In the process of attempting to reopen my personal account she kept getting up to ask her peers questions because obviously she didn’t know what she was doing. When she finally got through asking her questions, she asked me for cash to open the account. She should of said that in the beginning of the process not 40 mins later. I had told her in the beginning that I only had a check to fund the account. She said no unfortunately I can’t take your check it has to be cash. I said ok let me run to your ATM and just pull cash there from my other bank. Then her manager or some rude unprofessional man comes and stands behind her and said “can you just come back on Monday? We’re about to close in 10 mins.” Keep in mind they had already started the process and had pulled my credit as well. I told them so you’re just going to leave everything pending? When I used to work as a banker we would stay there until we were finished servicing the customer’s account and helping them and not just kicked them out because it was closure time. I told them to keep their awful service and to just cancel everything. I would never attempt taking my business to them again. I wouldn’t be surprised if they soon run out of business due to the amount of complaints they have and the way they treat their customers.

I don't know if it's because it's Friday but Anguelica is hella rude !maybe she doesn't like her job but coustumer services at a bank is what you chose don't take it out on me ..

Like other reviews have stated why I'm still part of this bank after years is beyond me. It is so incredibly toxic and unprofessional nearly every time I go here to do any business that Id just rather avoid my stop here prior to heading home. I consistently see an employee named Daneen being so incredibly rude to her co workers while I'm in line. I see her down talk her coworkers while not only me but other customers are being taken care of. If it's even the slightest thing that's wrong Daneen will scold whatever employee it is that's trying to take care of me. I'm noticing that the guy Mark that works there will also tag team with Daneen to belittle others which is so incredibly sad and unprofessional. They may not realize we as customers are paying attention to all this as most of us are minding our own but it's hard not to as seeing I'm not the only one after just reading the reviews. The HR department or whoever does the hiring here needs to put a secret camera in to see how bad things have been. This is the type of business that ends up on undercover boss! In the next weeks I'm very seriously considering closing down my account. I would've already been gone but I know it takes a little time to transition which with my job in Brighton plus working across the street part time I really do not have much time.

Clerk named Marcus was at a window, helping customers when the customer with him walked away and left. I naturally walked up to his bay. He proceeded to look up at me and just stare at me as I tried to hand him my check and drivers license he just stared at me When I asked him if something was a matter, he said he did not call me up and I would have to go back and wait so I went back and waited as he just stood there staring forward at me for at least two minutes without doing any work or saying a word. He eventually said now I can help you, but I asked to see someone else won’t go back to that location and get embarrassed in a place that I am a customer.

I have never felt the need to complain about a bank before and all the employees are always so nice. Marcus some kind of manager that was going through quite the power trip insisted that I re show my ID to him because the person who had checked it and wrote it all down did not have authorization to do so. After I handed my ID over he said it on the counter in spent at least 30 seconds trying to explain his position when I asked him to just check the ID he just continued to stare at me telling me that he's trying to explain. Never been treated so poorly and I will never go back to this location

I can't believe I'm still a part of the bank. Every time I try to withdraw money from the ATM, it doesn't work. Communication should be their priority so I don't have to waste my time!

Wasn't very busy when I was here. No one greeted me when I was trying to go to customer service so I sat in the waiting area and a bank teller came out from behind the counter and helped me with the service I needed. She was very friendly and got me what I needed. First Bank is not the best bank by far but it's close so I use it. This location is always clean and never that busy so convenience is a plus.

This branch is always empty and walking in that said they couldn’t open a business account. Business accounts are always first come first serve which is ridiculous and stupid. Appointments should be an option I don’t have THEIR time to play guessing games on which day I’ll get help with my business account.
