I called ahead and spoke with Josh, who confirmed over the phone that the hose I needed was in stock. I drove over 30 minutes to pick it up, only to find out that he hadn’t even checked before telling me that. After I arrived, he finally went to look in the back and came back a few minutes later saying they didn’t have it after all. I ended up wasting my time and gas for nothing. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service!

Complete joke of a business. I ordered a 50 gallon drum of washer fluid a week ago to call today to schedule the pick up to find out they cancelled my order without notification claiming it was a “fraudulent purchase”
Wasted a whole week of my time trying to get supplies.
I will not be placing the order again.

Your salespeople are rude, they are not attentive to the customers, another thing is that they have the face of pure Hispanics and one speaks to them in Spanish and they speak to you in English and it is not because they do not know how to speak English

I called ahead of arrival, they had everything I needed in stock ! very polite and friendly people ! Had all my stuff ready for pickup sitting on the shelf ! Reasonable prices !
