WORST INSURANCE EVER!!!! I WARN you do NOT use these scamers!!! If you get in a accident they won't pay the towing or storage fee's. They will do ANYTHING to not honor there part. They expect you to pay for everything! All they do is take money and not really cover you. They are Also dragging thier feet to pay my bank. My Lawyer will deal with them

I went to the commerce city location the girls are super rude. The one I had interactions with didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I wanted to add a driver to my policy and said that we couldn’t for some d*** reason as she gave me attitude, at some point she asked me how much she had told me how much my policy would increase then forgot and asked me if I remembered what she had said. Seemed very unprofessional, very distracted and honestly lazy. The lady before me also left upset at the service she received. The man that was there while I was there was asking questions about his policy and the other girl was also rude to him. If you don’t like your job, then quit or don’t work in customer service if you will be in a bad mood and make feel bad for asking about they are PAYING for.Ended up going to the Fred Loya in Brighton the girls in Brighton were absolutely wonderful added the driver I needed with not a single problem… night and day customer service. NEVER go to the commerce city location the girls there have terrible attitude! I recommend the drive to Brighton where the girls are absolutely amazing, helpful and kind.

I called for an insurance quote, and I have 4 vehicles . They only allow 3? When I asked why, she said that's our policy. I thought it was rather strange. She did not care to give an explanation or a solution.

The worst of the worst. They will change the cars that they cover without saying anything and change the prices just the same. This isn't real insurance it's just a little paper so that the cop won't take your car away if stopped. Get any other insurance if you can.

I needed assistance on memorial day, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Why are we paying for insurance if we can't even use it outside of there business hours. My one year old and I ended up stranded on the high way for 4 hours.

Fred loya is okay. I have had them for over five years. Not had a ticket or accident in that time. Fred loya has not ever gave me a break or discount for being a safe driver but what can I say it's not my company. Also Fred loya billing is every 30days not month by month so every other month has 31 days so you loose a few days a year. When I first started the insurance my billing date was the 22nd of the month now it's the 2nd I have lost twenty days with Fred loya. I will continue to keep this insurance because it's cheaper than others and I don't like to change much of my status. It would be nice if they would take better care of people who are loyal to them

BEST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! You can purchase your insurance however you want! If you like to pay 3, 6, or 12 months at a time, you can. Or if you're part of the 99% like me, they do month to month coverage with NO PENALTIES FOR A LAPSE IN COVERAGE! 100% recommend this company to anyone who drives!

Great insurance great customer service! They get a low rating because they keep adding people to my policy without my permission . My 70 year old mother in law that lives in mexico that doesn’t even have a license. This is possibly a scam ! These people aren’t even my immediate family and I’m constantly having to waste time out my day to go down there to exclude people I’m not even related to off my policy .

I give five stars for their in person and phone customer service staff are very friendly. Fred Loya Auto Ins's price is better than any I've found, that's why I've had their auto ins, 9 yrs. Have not needed to file a claim, so I can't comment on Claims Dept. They get docked a star for their auto-pay schedule policy. Auto-pay: Set up for month to month insurance for payment taken from my bank account. That's fine, but it's a _30_ day, not a monthly policy, so my auto-payment is taken out a day earlier nearly each month.
