WOW these guys are good. Dodie is a true professional. He knows all the equipment from operating to repairs. What a valuable resource to have in a salesmen. I have used his services and will call him first every time. He is honest, and competitively priced. I am so glad he is available to my company and equipment needs.

The customer service here was fantastic.
They did not try and oversell me,
I let them know what I was doing and they got me the exact equipment I needed for the job.
I rented from Wed-Friday, I got a machine stuck on accident and they came right over and helped show me how to get it unstuck.
(although I do live right by the shop)
They even worked out a deal with me so I was able to use it over the weekend since I was not quit done yet and they picked the machines up Monday morning instead of Friday evening.
They picked up and dropped off all the machinery.
The two people that helped me were:
Jordan Reynolds and Craig.
They were both just fantastic.
If I ever have to rent equipment, I will only go here from now on.

I got a good deal on a quality excavator. Perry Pitcher helped me with getting a warranty and insurance. They delivered it as promised. I feel lucky to have purchased such a great machine. I’ll be calling them first when I’m ready for another machine.

Got a 958 loader and love it! Dodie our sales rep has been great! Very impressed with the customer service and the way they treat their customers! Ken the programmer was great when he came out to make adjustments for us! Highly recommend Ready Dig for you next heavy equipment purchase!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dodie on answering some questions about a competitors loader, the man is super knowledgeable and is blunt and to the point. It was also nice to hear his perspective on the xcmg vs competitors since he's worked in the field with other name brand machines. If I was looking for a new machine I dang sure wouldn't overlook xcmg after talking with him, Ready Dig is very lucky to have Dodie on their team.

Had a awesome experience with ready dig, I purchased my second machine through them and I couldn’t be happier with it, Perry was great to work with and made everything extremely easy even meeting with me on a Sunday when they were closed so that I could look at the machine. I would recommend anyone to go thru them if they are looking for a machine!
