They didn't hesitate to send us a matching touch-up pen for the chair and a bottle of varnish for the table so we could make the repairs ourselves.

“I always enjoy my experience at Christy's. This year was one of the worst for snowfall and unfortunately the kids gear reflected that. Their bindings were lose and kept popping off so I tightened those myself, the skis were mismatched and I had to go and fix that etc. Its seasonal rentals so I dont get too upset. The staff is always friendly and accommodating but this year, between the snow, the mountains and the equipment was not the best ever.”

“This place is unique in the classical sense of the word. Even walking from the parking lot to the buildings feels like a day trip to a little museum or a different sort of botanical garden. Each nook and cranny seems carefully cultivated to remind you why your backyard space should be a sanctuary, a place for relaxing, away from a busy world and glowing screens. I like to go there just for the inspiration.
The selection is colorful, with each authentic piece having its own character. I've gotten a bird bath from here, numerous pots and other cute tchotchkes that have made my backyard an extended room in my home. Some of my pieces have been a little more expensive but the quality is what I've paid for, knowing they aren't cheaply made. The staff is friendly and genuinely is invested in the place. The experience overall is worth taking a trip, if only to window shop and get ideas... bet ya won't go home empty-handed!”

“We found Urban Hardwood when shopping for a solid wood dining table. After months of shopping around chain retailers (Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate and Barrel, etc.) we were pretty discouraged with our search as most retailers today sell veneer tables that easily get scratches/peel/don’t last but are still expensive.
We stopped by the Urban Hardwood and met Breck, who was wonderful in answering all of our questions, reviewing pictures of our space, and helping us choose a table and matching bench. We looked at several different tables at the warehouse, all unique and beautiful, and chose one in a medium wood tone that we all agreed would coordinate well with our dark floors and lighter wood accents in our kitchen. As this was our first dining table purchase, we were looking for a a set that would last and was stylish for our new home. Our table was delivered today and we love the quality and how it looks in our home! Breck shared helpful information about disassembling/reassembling the table too and him and his delivery partner were quick, clean, and friendly.
We would 100% recommend shopping here to others looking for quality furniture!”

“I stopped by the Herman Miller store in Denver while I was in town because I’ve been considering the Embody chair for a few years. Kathryn helped me while I was there and the whole experience was great.
She walked me through all the adjustments on the chair, explained some of the design and history behind it, and let me take my time trying everything out. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all. She gave me a quote, emailed it over, and encouraged me to think about it rather than trying to pressure me into buying on the spot.
After my trip I reached out to her again with a few questions and she was just as helpful over email. That level of customer service honestly played a big role in me deciding to go ahead and purchase the Embody.
